Just the perfect place to stay if you want to be near the airport but out of the Kuta madness. If you are planning to surf any of the reef breaks nearby you can check them from the rooftop. The rooms are large and the staff are very helpful. The value for money here is unbeatable.

Me n my family use to stay at Holi*** I** Ba**na when we travel to Bali, unfortunately on that day we didn't get the room we use to be due to they have group fill in the hotel, that make us end up at Sulis beach hotel. Surprisingly we found that We love the property, the kids love the playground and the pool they have on the rooftop. They have big room so our 2 yo boy could have more space to play with his sister. The room and public area are well maintained. Few inputs I had: - the linen need to be overlook as some of it have holes n tired. - parking lot are limited maybe when high occupancy of parking lot the hotel car could find alternative spot and make use of the space available for hotel guests - shades for kids pool Summary: we love the hotel and for sure will comeback. Thank you Sulis beach hotel

Booked for only one night as we arrived at 1 am and hotel situated close to airport. Despite the time, staff greeted us warmly and got sorted in our rooms very quickly. Family room had plenty of space. Good breakfast in the morning. Kids liked the roof top pool area, although would be pretty hot during the day. Hotel was great for what we wanted at a good price.

Very thing in this hotel was spotless sooo clean I could eat me food of the floor! Staff always greeted us with a smile and nothing was to much trouble. Bathroom was big, huge shower!! Food & drink tasted great and great price, we ate at the hotel every night of our stay to enjoy the sunsets. Breakfast had a big selection and changed everyday, egg, pancake station. The only problem I found staying with my young daughter was our room was under the restaurant so at night we could hear people moving there chairs until the restaurant closed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family & friends.

Great value hotel! We had 2 adjoining rooms. Rooms were large with plenty of room to move, nice balcony with table and chairs. Large comfy bed. Rooftop pool is beautiful, with a shallow area great for kids. Rooftop restaurant fantastic on a nice night to watch the sunset, or the indoor restaurant on 4th floor. Food is good and reasonable priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops and cafe within walking distance, as well as good money changer. Best food we had in Bali just a few minutes walk away at "Gala More". Starbucks 5 min walk. Short taxi ride to central Kuta, great beaches and Beachwalk mall. Great value.

What can I say staff are friendly, happy to help. Hotel is clean and newish. Rooms are great, cleaned every day with towel animals on bed. Food was lovely with plenty of variety. Breakfast had plenty of choices. My only issue was the pool area, it was so hot up on the rooftop. The umbrellas are too small to cover 2 lounges & there is no trees for shade. Couldnt sit up there for long as the glare off the pool was too much. That is my only gripe. Views were amazing. Would only stay again if pool area was changed.
