I had the absolute pleasure to disconnect from the outside world and enter a beautiful resort called Puri Bagus Lovina.

I booked a 30 day stay and was a little nervous at first being a solo traveler and going in low season.

My fears with soon set at ease as Dayu, the manager and her amazing staff tended to my every need. From excursions to day trips everything was amazing from start to finish.

I had a beautiful garden view and the cleaning staff came daily to clean the room and always left fresh fruit and flowers in my bed.

The chef and his wonderful staff attended to all my dietary needs and the menu was very well presented with incredible fresh ingredients daily!
Nothing but praise!

Kadek, my wonderful yoga instructed taught beautiful, spiritual and hard yoga classes and pushed me daily. It gave me time to quietness my overactive mind and enjoy every moment.
She also brought me along with her beautiful daughter to a local priestess for a blessing and we waiting a few hours and stayed by my side while making sure I had snacks and was comfortable.
We also went to a water purifications with a local priest and joined me and stayed with me explaining the whole process.
Kadek also runs the spa and I was thoroughly impressed with all the many treatments she gave me. She is very professional with her many talents and I consider her a dear friend now..10/10!

From beautiful tended grounds, infinity pool and the best service, I can honestly say it was one of my best stays….
I shall return in the future.
Thank you to all that made my stay memorable..

I went with my five friends.we stayed in 2 villas everyone together. It had a very quiet and peaceful ambience. The place was very clean. We had access to the pool. The pool was a great place to hang out and relax. Kutta street and beach was just 10 minutes walk away. We had breakfast only one day, but it was good.

Careful your booking will get cancelled. We booked far in advance booking was confirmed and 2 days before we arrived my driver called up to check location and told they cancelled booking. When I went on booking.com the villa was still available for the booked dates but double the price when we booked and when we enquired we were told a lie saying it was cancelled as they had a longer stay booked when I booked so far in advance
You have been warned!!!! They may cancel if they get a longer stay or more money so your booking won’t be honoured. We were left having to find something else last minute but we’re lucky to find a better more convenient place.

It's an amazing place to stay wether u r traveling with friends or family. I spent four nights in this villa with my two more friends and we had gala time. Everything u want is at a distance of two minutes. U go out and u will find grocery shop, pharmacy and most importantly if u r in bali then it's always advisable to hire scooter and the same is available outside this property. As Bali is famous for clubbing the same is also at a distance of 5 mins from this property if u have a scooter.
The villa is very nice with all the amenities. They clean it everyday and if u face any problem, people are available to rectify it in few minutes. I have promised the care taker that day I will come with my family, this will b my destination to stay.

My husband and i spent 10 lovely nights here. Couldnt fault it at all. Very spacious and super clean with a bigger than expected pool. Perfect location just a 5 minute walk and you are on the main legian road with lots of shopping and great food. Running off of legian street is malasti street which is also fantastic for shopping and food.Supermarket straight out the front Putu and cleaning staff were amazing. Thanks so very much we will definately be back.

My partner and I spent 3 nights here. We were very happy with the facilities, the pool, the staff and location. A short walk to main legian street and many restaurants minutes away. A pharmacy and well equipped supermarket across the road too. The restaurant in front "Malang" has a huge menu Indonesian and western and really good cheap food.
The villa is fully equipped, full sized fridge etc. Well suited for families,(3bedrooms,3bathrooms) however as the photos suggest the pool is not secure for toddlers. We didnt need to use all kitchen things, only fridge and the kettle which was on gas stove
It was a secure villa, especially with the additional wooden cross bar inside.
As for noise, its not too bad especially since you are staying in Legian and i dont think this place really sleeps. Motorbikes inhabit Bali. The airconditioner in top bedroom was quite noisy and struggled a bit. In saying that, they had the downstairs bedroom fixed while we were there and Putu (the lady owner) said our airconditioner was to be fixed next day. We were checking out then anyway so not sure if fixed or not.
All in all we actually found sanctuary there and hung out around pool and open lounge room for a fair bit of our day. It was private. Venturing out only for delightful restaurants and massages around the place.
The villa was clean and the boys came in after we had left each day to service it.
We didn't have any problems but i do advise to take note of their warnings of not putting toilet tissues into toilet...going by a couple of last reviews. This is not uncommon in Bali.
The pool was the perfect temperature and had full to dappled sun to shade throughout the day. Also clean.
Putu, when i asked her, went right out of her way to get an item for us at the markets some drive away. She offered for one of her staff take me on the back of a bike to get it, however i was not comfortable with being on bike. She got one of the boys just go for us. I thought this was wonderful of her. And the young lad got a tip too.
We'd stay here again!

We stayed at Puri Bagus for 5 nights and the villa is lovely!
Cons: Noisy Aircon, no hot water in the shower and the outside toilet blocked up on our first day. (It was fixed as soon as it was pointed out)
Pro's: Pool was lovely and cool and there were floating bean bags provided! Staff were so friendly and only a whatsapp message away if you needed anything. Villa was cleaned while we were out at breakfast each morning and the Villa's were very secure. The warung at the front of the property offered good food at a very cheap price. Circle K across the road was friendly and their ATM was safe. All in all it was a great 5 days and we'd definitely stay again on another trip to Bali! Thank you for a great trip! 😁😁😁

My Husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Puri Bagus Villas. Very modern, very clean & a home away from home & just across the road from the Villas is a supermarket catering for all your needs (including alcohol), & atm which is recognised with Westpac & a few doors down a great laundry service. I couldn't complement the staff enough, they were very friendly & helpful. The Villas were only a short walk to Legian's main Street, Restaurants & Beach. I highly recommend Puri Bagus Villas to stay & take my hat off to Putu & her wonderful Staff. Will definitely stay next time we are in Bali.

We stayed for 5 nights at Puri Bagus Villa. The villa itself has everything you need, and it is clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and just a short walk to JL Legian with lots of restaurants and shopping.
The hosts of the villa were friendly and attentive and always quick to respond via Messenger.
Highly recommend the villa for couples or families.

Yea every villa has its own private pool. The villas are all two bedroom villas and they just lock up the bedroom you don’t use if you’re only hiring it as a one bedroom. The other villas don’t overlook your pool, so it’s very private.
