Relaxed with your husband in this wonderful hotel for 12 days, from February 5 to 16, 2025. The hotel is in all respects in keeping with its stardom. Modern, stylish hotel, made in Indonesian style. For lunches and dinners, we visited two restaurants - Kunyit - presents traditional, Indonesian cuisine, the restaurant is located on the exit to the city, in the evening there are beautiful performances - music and dance of Indonesian culture. Sands Restaurant - serves Mediterranean and Californian cuisine, is located on the ocean and can enjoy a beautiful view. During our stay, we tasted all the dishes on the menu, on the full board system - and they were all great in taste and beautiful in decoration. We got paid drinks at the bar - juices, coffee and alcoholic cocktails - it was very nice. And one of the hotel's greatest assets, which made our holiday unforgettable, is its staff. This hotel is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. Right on the beach, it's situated fabulously for surf schools, an amazing gym 1 mile away and the local bars, shops and restaurants.
The breakfast buffet has everything a foodie would wish for and at a very high quality. Freshly pressed juices, egg station and foods for every nationality.
There is always hotel staff cleaning the floors, walls, pools and grounds and the beds and pillows, are very comfortable. The Aircon was set in our room, just at the right temperature and wasn't noisy at all.
Next door there is an Irish Bar serving great food, an Indian restaurant with a fab DJ and it's within a few mins walking distance to a sports bar. We will be booking again.

What a great place to stay! The resort is beautiful and so clean. The entrance, gardens and water features are spectacular and so relaxing. You do not know that you are in Kuta. The ground staff maintain it superbly. We booked a Lagoon access room for 12 nights and it was amazing - we did spend most of our time in one of the 3 pools though. Our room was exceptionally clean and maintained pristinely every day. Non-alcoholic mini-bar was topped up (included) every day and we got a little dessert treat every night with the turn-down service (where do you get turn-downs anymore!) Customer Service team will check on you every day. They go out of their way to get to know you and genuinely want to make sure that nothing is missing during your stay. Special mention to Shandy who was so accommodating. The pool staff were great - nothing was a bother to them, they set up our lounges for us every day, towels are great and they even clean your glasses if you get sunscreen in them and don't have any cleaners :). There are so many sun loungers to choose from (shade, part shade, or full sun) - even when it's busy you still have plenty choices. Food and service was so good. We ate at the Sands most of the time. During the day you have pool side service if you want. The staff are fab (big shout out to Windu, Ayom and Alex, as well as the others)! Breakfast at the Sands is next level - there are so many choices. It's included when you're in one of the Premium rooms but if you're in the Deluxe you can upgrade for for about $10AUD - I would highly recommend this if you are a late breakfaster as you won't need to eat again until sunset. Don't ignore the daily activities throughout the day (bike rides, water aerobics, towel art, volleyball, bag making amongst others). We had a great laugh with Yoga who was very patient with us during towel art :) Also, you are beachfront! This means you get the ultimate sun set experience without having to leave the resort and content with the infamous traffic jams of Bali. We are not looking at any place else to stay on our return to Bali.

The hotel is located in the middle of town, right on the beach. The beach is public and therefore unfortunately a bit dirty and covered in dead coral (swimming shoes recommended). The hotel is nevertheless very quiet. The staff is great. The service is very much alive here, sometimes unfortunately too much. If you don't have your room cleaned for more than two days, you get a call from reception, which can seem very intrusive. The breakfast buffet is very varied, I would advise against half board and instead eat a la carte. If you eat in the hotel more often, you get a 20% discount. The hotel is very clean and the in-house restaurant Kuymit offers a Balinese program every evening at 7 p.m., free of charge. I was very satisfied all round and would happily come back!

The hotel is beautiful, located in a tropical, quiet garden facing the sea. If you like the hustle and bustle, go to the main exit and you're right in the middle of it all. The hotel is very clean, nice rooms, a breakfast that offers everything your heart desires. The beach is not big, but very beautiful. It is cleaned daily by the hotel staff to remove debris, etc. The whole complex is very well maintained, it is swept and cleaned all day. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you to EVERYONE!! That we were able to spend such a great 3-week vacation at Anvaya. We would book the hotel again in a heartbeat. 🙏🫶

I had the pleasure of staying at The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali and it was truly a dream come true. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. What a wonderful hotel! This is our third trip to Bali and second time at the Anvaya Beach Resort. It truly is a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in and every moment you are there.Our room was spacious and cleaned and replenished every day.The pools were fantastic, and we enjoyed our evening swims. The breakfast was wonderful with variety of great fresh fruits, cold pressed juices, huge cups of coffee and diffident types food from around the world. We ate at Sands and Kunyit, and the quality at both restaurants were very good - highly recommended eating at Kunyit. We enjoyed cocktails each day by the pool, and they were excellent. We had treatments done again four times this year at Sakanti spa and we had the best massages by the same therapists as last year, who are the best - thank you ladies for making us feeling reborn! The staff are very polite and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles and etiquette every morning making sure that we had everything we needed for the day and evening. The rooms were consistently made spotless twice everyday and we indulged in the evening complimentary desserts found every night waiting inside our room. Every request was fulfilled efficiently without hesitation. The hotel offers departure/arrival lounge service where you can relax while you are waiting to check in or after check out. It has shower rooms. Level of care and attention to detail provided by the Anvaya staff to make our stay with them special is impressive. We would like to say thank you to all the extremely hard-working staff at the Anvaya from the bottom of our hearts for going out of your way to make our second stay memorable. We loved Anvaya. Perfect Location close to everything. The arrivals lounge was amazing, food and drinks were delicious. Every Staff member we encountered were wonderful from Dewa at the pool to Aldi at Kunyit restaurant every single person was friendly and helpful. Sankanti Spa was wonderful, Ezu was brilliant. The amenities were brilliant they have the best coffee and breakfast we have ever had in Bali and we have been 10 times. They had a birthday cake for my husband and a card for him, and for our wedding anniversary. Every night we were given an extra dessert in our room as we were long stay guests. The room had scales, mozzie repellants and a daily fully replenished mini bar, with Cola, Sprite, Orange Juice, pringles and chocolate bars. Our room was always cleaned perfectly. Our airport pick up and drop of was wonderful. The pool area is lovely, and the staff at the pool are brilliant. My only suggestion would be the pool should close at 10pm as some people were very noisy up to midnight. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel room price for a standard room was pricey. Apparently standard room is a deluxe room which is very small. We have to upgrade to a lagoon access room which is more decent.
Communication between departments needs to be improved because housekeeping service was slow took 45 minutes to handle guest requests and is not even handle properly.
Activities for guest was great just need to market them to guest in a better way so in-house guest understands what available activity for them within the resort.
The main pool was great. The water was warm and really enjoyable to swim.
Receptionist needs to be able to handle guest reviews even in negative comments. Guest payed a certain amount of cost and sometimes expect a great service to be able to enjoyed their stay.
In our 5 night stay we can say Mr. Edy as receptionist and Ms. Ratih as guest relations was excellent in doing their job. We wish them well and hope their colleagues will follow their great work.
We also would like to thank you Mr. Joshua as the night manager in handling and help solve our issues while we stay at the resort.
We would like to rate our stay based on 5 stars as excellent and 1 as bad:
1. Deluxe room 1 stars (small, pricey, old and dirty) 2. Lagoon room 3 stars (pricey, decent room with pool lagoon access) 3. Amenities 3 stars ( only enjoyed main pool ) 4. Breakfast 3 stars ( loots of varieties but the same type every day) 5. Activities 4 stars ( hat making, bag making and bike ride was fun and interesting.

Anvaya Beach Resort illustrates the warm hospitality that Bali is known for. Most of the staff we met came across genuinely friendly and welcoming. Its location is conveniently located in Kuta; lots of yummy warungs lined the main road, Kartika Mall just a short walk by the beach, and Beachwalk Mall just a short taxi ride away. Breakfasts at The Sands were fantastic with too many choices while the traditional Indonesian dinners served at Kunyit were very yummy! We experienced numerous issues with the card key to the room however they were promptly addressed by the duty manager each time. Honestly I was very impressed until my experience during departure. The hotel provides a 'departure lounge'. Seeing how other departing guests were served beverages, I wanted to help myself to a coffee but was told that I couldn't as I had checked out. The staff could not explain the inconsistency when queried about the other guests. Maybe the hotel should review their policy as the last impression is as important as the first impression. I suppose the hotel isn't too focused on returning business. Nonetheless it will be very unfair of us not mentioning the staff that made our trip especially blissful while it lasted - Ari (made our check-in and organising our transport a breeze), Chef Wisesa (kept an eye out for our kids' dietary allergy), Septia (constantly checking on our needs during our stay). The kids especially enjoyed their time in the kids club under the wonderful guidance from Ririn, Eka, Sri and Ayu.
