We arrived at Bali Elephants to be told that they were full up and we would be moved to another villa called Golden Elephant Villas. It was a free drive there and the driver was really nice, even stopping for us to buy some groceries. Golden Elephant Villa had helpful and friendly staff. The villa was average, I wouldnt stay...

It was a bit of a disappointment as this hotel looked much nicer from photos. Towels were dirty and worn, bathroom not very clean, pool had some kind of oily water in it. Breakfast was ok, motorbikes available. For this price, one could definately get a better option. We had booked for 5 nights, but decided to move out after...

Average hotel. Ok for just couples but certainly would not recommend with kids. If you are planning to spend most of your time out and just come into sleep here it is ok. Kind of out of reach for most people - so good to have a cab/taxi prearranged as it is difficult to come in and go out again....

Fantastic little hidden away hotel. Best if you hire a scooter to get to it. I wouldn't call it a 4 star... or a business hotel, as only one power point and that's for the fridge. Beautiful helpful staff

That's an incredible awful place!! Dirty rooms, dirty outside and reception area, pool is disgusting, floor sticky, plates never washed before. Villas with pool are located at a hill with rubbish mountain at the backstage which smells like died rats, and it's 40 minutes walk to the beach, too far, it's not mentioned at booking com, also from your windows...

Firstly, the place is in the middle of nowhere. Secondly, the staff were insanely rude and horrible. We wanted to borrow a phone to order food seeing as we cannot make international calls, and they completely denied any of our requests.. We even saw kfc buckets hidden in their staff area. No offering to help us get anywhere and generally...

This is not the Golden Elephant villa, but Bali Elephants Boutique Villa. Some people put the complaints on the wrong villa. We take vila with private pool and stayed for two nights. The villa not familiar to Taxi driver yet. It located around housing complex, far from any store or public facility and quite but it is what honeymooners looking...

Whilst away on honeymoon, my wife and I decided to visit Jimbaran for 1 night. We found this hotel and thought it sounded ok. Our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel and had never heard of it, he had to keep ringing the hotel for directions, it was in the middle of nowhere! On arrival, the staff were pleasant but...

The experience at this place can only be describe as “incredible”. And not in a good way. For anyone who’s interested in the specifics, I will post below the details of the hours we spent arguing at the “Villa”. For the more indolent readers, I would just say that choosing this place as your hotel/hostel could be a serious mistake...

This place is a shame for Bali, a real tourist trap. They just want your money. We booked 1 month ago on booking.com one of their villa. It seems nice and good price on the website. We arrived yesterday around 11pm after a long trip from gili air. The taxi couldn't even find the adress. He called them and we...
