After a delayed flight from Australia we arrived in the early hours of the morning after the short transfer from the airport to be welcomed by a very helpful and friendly night reception team and immediately shown to our room.
The suite was extremely spacious with traditional furniture and our own private pool. Everything was spotless and the room had all we needed.
The beach front location is superb and you can walk on soft sand in both directions. The ever-changing sea was very inviting as were the views across the bay. Dotted around the extensive grounds are an intriguing selection of small and large temple courtyards and statues still in active use as daily offerings were in evidence and staff members at prayer.
Breakfast was an excellent buffet with smiling and efficient provision of hot drinks and cooked dishes. Lunch and dinner were equally good, all served by the very friendly and welcoming team.
The resort has been operating for a number of decades and the traditional buildings add to its very appealing atmosphere. However, the bathrooms do need to be updated and maintenance is a bit lacking in small ways which are nevertheless material relative to the cost of the stay.
Excellent location away from the bustle of Bali and only a short distance to the airport makes it an attractive choice for a relaxing stay.

We stayed just under 2 weeks in this wonderful place and enjoyed our time there very much. The people who work there make your stay very special. We have never experienced in any other top hotel that you are so warmly and at the same time professionally and attentively looked after. The whole hotel complex is beautifully landscaped and built in Balinese style. The rooms are spacious and include everything you need for a holiday. The bed was super comfortable, which is often not the case in hotels unfortunately. However, it should be noted that due to the architectural style, there is no sound insulation, which makes it possible to hear the sea and birds loud at night in particular. However, that did not bother us. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning and also recommend everyone to inquire about authentic Balinese drinks. We tried Jamu and Es Daluman. Although we had booked our stay only with breakfast, we had dinner several times at the hotel restaurant, as not only the ambience there is unique, but also the food is excellent. The price-performance ratio is therefore more than fitting. We also enjoyed the Balinese massage at the Hotel Spa and are well worth the price. In addition, we were also very happy to participate in the free Things to do from the hotel. The bike ride to Jimbaran Fish Market gives you very good insights into the life of the Balinese and also the making of the offerings and subsequent visit to the four hotel temples gives you much of the real life in Bali. Once a week, the hotel invites you to get together with drinks and canapés in the evening, which we have not experienced in the form either. At this point it should be mentioned that the hotel is not an entertainment hotel and is especially suitable for vacationers looking for relaxation and enjoyment. The hotel is the only one with real direct beach location and beautiful sunset views. We recommend the Jimbaran Puri 100%!

We stayed in a very nice pool villa. As is often the case in Bali, the villa is surrounded by a wall, so complete privacy is guaranteed. The entire complex is extremely well-kept, lushly planted and very quiet. And that despite the airport being quite close. Very suitable for plane spotters. For the sake of simplicity, we booked half board and it was more than worth it. The food was really fantastic and even on day 10 it didn't get boring to choose from the menu. You could also order everything in room and every imaginable wish was fulfilled. We arrived in mid-March, at the end of the rainy season. Due to the westerly wind, quite a lot of plastic waste was washed up. I was horrified. Travel so far to end up in a plastic paradise. The question arises as to why I still give it full marks? Jimbaran Puri hotel is situated at a prime location of the Jimbaran beach, not too far from the famous seafood grill places and not too close either (so you suffer from the fumes). The hotel provides a 2-bedroom villa with a private plunge pool that turned out working best for my unique family arrangement.
I would say, I am mostly impressed by the hotel staffs, who from the butlers to the restaurant staffs remember you by heart. They know our dietary restrictions, understand our special requests and genuinely trying to make sure we have a good time. I would like to specially thank the Bulter Agus and the restaurant manager who respect our family situations and accommodate us with the ultimate possible hospitality you can receive around the world. I have been to many beach/island destinations around the world, including Fiji, Seychelles, Bora Bora, the staffs here are the truly treasures here. They even provided a bench exercise setup in my room to make up for the lack of gym in the property.
Did I mention that the coconut here are also out of this world!
Tips: for whose of you who are looking for 2-bedroom villas in this hotel, there are ones that only have 2 bedrooms and without a living room, which can be misleading from the booking sites and there is a villa which does have a spacious living space for the family.

The Jimbaran Puri is an exceptional resort, we spent a week there in a one bedroom deluxe pool villa, the room was bigger than we expected, with daily housekeeping and turn down service. The resort itself was stunning with beautiful grounds, lovely big pool with plenty of sunloungers for both the pool and right on the beach with bar service for drinks and food, just perfect. The best place to watch the sunset each day, food was exceptional, highly recommend the restaurant, plenty of vegetarian options, and lovely seafood. On site spa was one of the best I've been to, relaxing, in a lovely location, with the sound of the ocean in the background. Finally, the best part of this resort is the staff, who went above and beyond for our stay, we celebrated my husbands 50th birthday, and they really provided a special and memorable experience. Highly recommend and would definately stay there again

My wife and I visited for 3 nights along with our 25 year old son and his partner, our experience of this hotel can only be described as superb. We booked 2x Garden View Cottage Suites, the size and quality of which far exceeded my expectations and the attention to detail in terms of the contents within the room is second to none. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and a pleasure to walk around. The pool and surrounding area is one of the most tasteful that I’ve come across on my travels and blends in perfectly with the Balinese style The service that is offered by every single member of staff is excellent and always with a beautiful Balinese smile, nothing is too much trouble and I really can’t praise this area of the hotel highly enough. The hotel is situated fairly centrally on Jimbaran bay with open access on to the large and impressive beach. They employ staff who are continually ensuring that their beach frontage is kept impeccably clean but just be aware that - depending on tides and time of year - there can be some plastic debris washed up on the surrounding beach once you venture outside the hotel boundaries. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend The Belmont Jimbaran Puri.

This establishment was the second of our stay, after another very recent 5*, located near Ubud. It also deserves its five stars, although older, and this can be seen in a few details: the woodwork in the rooms has aged a little, and could do with a little updating, as do the switches, for example. However, all of the services meet the expectations of an establishment of this standard. The staff, in particular, takes great care and receives constant attention to ensure that the customer is satisfied. And this, both at reception, at breakfast, or at the beach, without forgetting room service. We stayed 4 nights in a pool villa (number 36), and the swimming pool was a real added value: large, deep, clean. Very beautiful, well-maintained gardens, including very beautiful frangipani trees. Breakfast, served until 11 a.m., was good and varied. Delicious pancakes and French toasts for example, offered in addition to the buffet. We did not try the restaurant, the prices of which seemed prohibitive to us. On the other hand, we had lunch at the beach, thanks to a varied menu and affordable prices (even if higher than Balinese prices). Cocktails also delicious, to savor while contemplating the magnificent sunsets. The hotel is located in the middle of the long Jimbaran beach (3 km), along which it is pleasant to walk (even if the waste can sometimes spoil the landscape). At the end of the beach on the airport side, return from fishing and a very typical fish market every morning.
Leaving Bali late in the evening, we were able to benefit from a courtesy room, allowing us to enjoy the beach until the end of the day. We therefore recommend this hotel, also for the tranquility we found there, far from the hustle and bustle of other nearby seaside resorts.

No worry about Bali belly , safe food,ice cube,fruits. even the restrant served fresh fish Carpaccio! Pool water was hygiene by Chlorine sterilised. I brought a plety of mosquito splay, but Hotel staff do every evening mosuquito fogging ,then almost no mosquito bite in 6days. Staff are very friendly,beach sunset view are told most beautiful in Bali.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, excellent service. The breakfast was varied, always freshly prepared, very tasty. We had a beach villa, which was beautifully furnished and equipped. As part of the night room service, there was tea and fresh fruit in the evening. There was also always enough drinking water in glass bottles. The hotel complex is beautifully designed. The cocktails in the beach bar were also very tasty. There were always three kinds of nibbles to go with them. The hotel has a huge pool. It was a wonderful stay. We would love to come back.

Our stay at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, was truly memorable. The service was outstanding; I fell ill for a day, and the staff showed such heartfelt care and attentiveness—it was incredibly touching. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The simple answer is you are certainly entitled to a full refund, our current policy is if you cancel before the end of the June a full refund will be forthcoming. Apologies this updated only just occurred.
