In a word – fabulous! And this is from someone who is not a fan of resort style holidays! This brand spanking new hotel within the sprawling Ayana Estate is almost perfection. We stayed 5 nights and loved every day. We had full access to all facilities on the estate, including the famous Rock Bar. We had a half board package and so could dine at any restaurant for dinner or lunch; breakfast was included. The food is fantastic. Our room was on the 4 th floor facing the local forest with a scant view of the ocean. Décor is very tasteful with very comfortable bedding and amenities. The pools, spa, golf, bars, etc are all top notch and we enjoyed sampling all of these (our favourite place to hang was the Ocean Pool). They have a private beach and we swam there (although there are quite a few boulders to navigate). They also have a complimentary tram car that connects all sites. But what really sets this place apart are the staff – so welcoming, so helpful and so charming. I had two 60 minute massages (thanks Suki and Rama for sorting out shoulder!) We really struggle to fault this place – but a couple of things: (1) only mini USB outlets in rooms whereas most people use USB – C (2) a bit stingy on tea and coffee sachets in room and no milk in fridge, and (3) no cutlery or crockery in room apart from cup and saucers. These are minor things nevertheless. Overall, stay at this place if you seek sanctuary in a lovely jungle and ocean setting with top notch facilities and customer service. Just fantastic (NB: The main Ayana resort is a deal older then Segara or Rimba, so research where you want to stay and package deals on offer).

The pristine grounds of the Ayana Segara (indeed the entire Ayana complex) are the epitome of luxury and tranquillity. Nestled in the ultra rustic Jimbaran Bay area, the resort offers picturesque views of the Indian Ocean. The ambiance is a harmonious blend of traditional Balinese charm and modern sophistication. Every moment spent here is a delight.
Plane spotters can take the opportunity - while sipping a cocktail - to watch the steady stream of jet liners land at the Ngurah Rai Airport in the distance!
Staff members are all helpful and very warm, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home.
The Ayana Spa was one of my favourite spots during our stay. The massage therapists were very well trained. However, while the massages were undoubtedly exceptional, at such a premium price point, this level of pampering and precision is precisely what one would expect of the Ayana.
For guests, especially couples and young families, seeking a sanctuary of relaxation and indulgence, the Ayana Segara is wonderful. I would certainly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The most comfortable resort we have ever stayed at, the service is really top, starting from the check-in lobby to the rooms which are cleaned every day, super comfortable, just 1 resort can go to many places such as Kubu beach, rock bars and lots of swimming pools as well as various foods. Donny & Aldo also serve romantic dinner events at Vista quickly, even if you bring children you can still enjoy the delicious food! Even though it's big, it's not difficult at all to move areas because there's a tram. The view is also nice and comfortable for families and newlyweds. We stayed at the new Ayana Segara and paid $4500 AUD for 7 nights. On our first night, we were kept up for hours by drunk adults with children in the pool after hours screaming. I reported this on the WhatsApp number and rang reception 4 times, nothing was done and they ended up hanging up on me. The next morning, I spoke to a manager and our room was moved and we were offered an apology spa service. The manager was very apologetic and this particularly ramped up when I showed her a video I had recorded from our room at 10:30pm at night which clearly showed just how loud and incessant the shouting noises were.
From there things mostly improved. We ate at most restaurants across all of AYANAs sites, visited the spa and swam in all the pools as well as at the beach. The staff are excellent.
I will say, it is very clear from our first nights experience and our visits to every pool in the resort over the stay that resort staff have been clearly instructed not to intervene when guests are not following rules, have water pistols and balls in the pool, are drunk or are bringing loud children into 12+ or 18+ areas. A number of quiet and peaceful experiences were ruined for us (in “adult only” or “12+ only” pools) by screaming children with water guns.

I stayed at Segara💕 It was very convenient to be able to check all services and maps through the QR app. Everything, including room service and communication with the concierge, could be handled via QR, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience. The site is very large, so you can get around by tram, and the tram intervals are short and there are beautiful views from the lobby, so waiting is not boring. I also applied for the laundry service, and they checked and asked about the clothes that needed repairs, and they were washed neatly and neatly, so I was able to receive them the next day. Room service was delivered quickly and was very delicious. After cleaning the room, I made a cute elephant out of a towel and wrote it by hand. He also left a pleasant note. The scent of flowers was everywhere in the grounds, hallways, and rooms, so I will remember it for a long time. This Trips was my first trip to Bali. All the staff I met in Ayanna were friendly. Among them I want to talk about the wonderful staff who were in front of the lobby of the Segara Hotel. ‘Angga’ and ‘Satria’. (I don’t know if the name is clear.) Late at night, my wife was sick and she was going for aloe gel. Two employees I met in front of the lobby rescued Aloe directly and brought it to me with a knife cut. Where in the world is this service available? For other advantages, anything requested by the app will be resolved within 30 minutes. Not only are your New Year's Trips, but also family Trips, such as necessities for the property, room cleaning, questions about unknown issues. The memories of Ayana remained very good.

Stayed at Ayana Segara Resort (Segara Resort View King Room with Breakfast inclusive) and the experience was wonderful! The Ayana Estate itself is vast with 3 main resorts, Ayana Hotel and Villa, Segara Resort and Rimba. Being operated by the same group, the venues could be accessed by all three residing guests for amenities and facilities. Trams and buggies will be available to transport you to all of the facilities. The Estate has all that you could ask for a wonderful vacation. There is a private beach, Kubu Beach, where you can enjoy a wonderful day on a white sand and the best ASMR of waves hitting the rocks. Ayana Spa for that relaxing spa treatments and of course various dining experiences where the restaurants all are facing beautiful ponds and pools. The breakfast spreads are scrumptiously inclusive of most international selections and guests could take their breakfasts at any one of the 3 main dining venues, Padi at Ayana Hotel, Karang at Segara and Toge at Rimba, which is an amazing offering to enhance the guests staying experience. The staff of Ayana Estate are helpful, friendly, courteous. Starting from the concierge to the housekeeping team are all wonderful! We would like to really thank Segara Resort team, Ms Albina, Mr Alti, Mr Widhi, and a very special appreciation to Ms Diah, whose warmth and positive energy impressed us. We really wish for these young people to be acknowledged for doing their best to be the best representation of Ayana. In summary, it was a wonderful experience, one we could always look forward to our next stay with Ayana!

We stayed here for 5 nights for our baby moon and the staff here were excellent. They were very polite and bent over backwards to help us out and went out of their way to play and distract our toddler while we enjoyed an amazing breakfast at Karang, or drinks by the pool.
The ocean facing king room was excellent with amazing wood carvings, views and all the 5 Star ammenities included. The room service staff were excellent with their work and efficient.
The drinks at Luna were spectacular and the view is just to die for.
We toured the whole AYANA resort and always found ourselves drawn back to SEGARA. The pool is quiet and relaxing. The staff at the bar are very helpful and accomodating. And the room is just perfect.
Big shout out to Dandy, Ega, Riska and Hendra who made our stay here very pleasant. We can’t wait to go back here. Most hotels/resorts are good, but it’s the staff within them that make it a home and SEGARA was our home away from home.

Stayed several nights during first high season after pandemic, this resort is awesomely well prepared and well managed to anticipate high occupancy. When we first arrived at lobby, the staffs were readily standing there to usher us to check in counter. We felt so welcomed! Had been experience other 5 star resort chain in bali that so many times failed to do so! the check in was fast. The tram which took us in between resort (as they several properties inside, and also spa area, kubu beach etc) were many, and the wait was not long. super well managed! Kudos. The segara is new resort inside Ayana resort huge property. Very nice and very clean.
