We have stayed at Fox Jimbaran Beach Resort for 2 nights. The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from The beach.
Must say that the crew is very professional, we had a lot of questions and they made sure we will know everything every time (even at night)! Everything was very clean, Bed was comfortable, AC was awesome. Near the rooftop pool there’s a great Restaurant that cooks wonderful Indonesian dishes. The Shower has great hot water, Room was big, and we had place to put the luggages.
The Hotel is really well designed. Great pool table and they also have a great gym.
Don’t need anything else. We have really enjoyed! We will come again for sure, Thanks for everything. Shachar and Adi.

The location is in the middlle of Jimbaran not far from the Airport and Kuta Area ...it takes me 15 minutes to arrived at this Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful when I was confused to enter the Hotel since they have really really large parking space for guest. Best of the best they have wonderful infinity pool at their rooftop with amazing scenery ,such a perfect spot to chillin. Promise will be back , I purple you 💜

I can't recommend to visit this hotel and I would avoid it if you can. My stay was in July 2019 and I just wish they changed the place to a better standard.
When I visited this hotel I changed room because in my first room were little animals on the bed and I have never seen bugs but suspected them to be. I called for room service to take a look but did not feel they take it serious. After they said everything is finde just when they put away the animals I paniked and opened the bed. When I opened it I felt disgusted because it was not clean and there had been black disgusting stuff on the bed. I felt horrible and did not want to unpack my stuff or spend the night there. So I asked them to change my room.
They offered me a new room which was at a VIP area or sth. like a special area. I could check the room and everything before entering it. As far as it looked okay on that moment I went in and spend the night inside. Feeling not good about what happened I did unpack only the necessary few things. After the breakfast next morning I get back to the room and guess what. The same little animals where walking on the light next to the bed.
For me it was horrible and I could not spend any more time in that place. I did not feel well as I should and instead were disgusted by the situation. So I made my decision booked another hotel soon and packed my stuff. Everything I put out in this hotel I seperated it and sent it to a company to wash it before I use it again so I would not take any animals out of this place. Luckily, in the next hotels I felt comfortable and did not see any animal.
The manager which I talked to about my concerns was a very nice person but I did not feel well to stay there anymore. As I booked non refundable rate I did not get money back but after this stay I changed in my behaviour as I was looking at the beds in other hotels with more attention. Luckily all other hotels were fine with me.

the only best part in this hotel is the swimming pool and the view, can see jimbaran beach and sea. i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and for the quality of this hotel is very standard, i asked for a spoon it was never delivered until i checked out. and also the towels in my room look dull. at the restaurant I also wanted to order soup and it never came, but there was good intention from the hotel to give me a free charge the next day. breakfast at this hotel the quality is also very standard, not much variety for main food, like other 3 star hotels, for taste also standard the check in and check out process is very fast and the quality of the room and wifi is also good, it's just that the window in my room can't be opened, even though I have opened the key. the thing that needs to be improved at this hotel is maybe the parking lot can be paved, so visitors feel comfortable not afraid of animals on the grass, moreover the grass is also high and is a weed, the entrance and exit of the parking lot can also be expanded too

Hotel is very cheap. They are extremely slow to respond. I had to ask three times for towels. I am now waiting more than 45 mins for bath mats!! They are trying to locate them is the response get!!
They charge for a bucket of ice and any additional bottles of water other than the two they give. You cannot drink the water and have to brush your teeth with bottle water, so they should provide that free. Breakfast poor, I ate nothing. They do not provide non dairy milk, flies crawling all over the food.
No luggage rack, towels old, grey with frayed edges. The design of the shower is very poor, water runs down to the floor, completely flooding the place, The tap for the basin will splash everywhere if increase the water to more than a flow.
I complained to the Manager who offered to refund. This place is terrible I won't stay here.

First of all, we arrived at 12PM, and though we booked for 3 nights, the FO didn't let us check in at first (room wasn't available yet, she said). But after I took some pictures, suddenly our room was ready. Really? I thought guests are supposed to be treated well, especially when they arrive exhausted. Well, there was a construction building going on, yet we were put in a room where the construction sounds were too loud and super disturbing during work hour. We spent the first night in deluxe room on the second floor, with shower only. Water could splatter everywhere outside the shower room. The upper shower didn't work at all. The sink tap direction was not good, you'll splatter more water if you're not careful. Overall the room was not clean enough. There was some dry yellow rice left on the couch. For the second and the third night, we were moved to a similar room on floor 5 but with bath tube since the disturbing noises from the construction. Well, if you take a shower, water will flow freely to the floor outside the bathtube cubical, hence the floor will be flooded with water. We had to borrow more floormats so the bathroom could stay dry. The sink outlet was not working well. Even if you pour a little bit of water, it will take so long to drain. Oh and there was a spider web hanging under the sink. And there were lots of ants everywhere around the minibar table. For the price, we hoped for a newer or whiter towels for both rooms. Bed was a little bit hard, too. For both rooms, the closets were super noisy if opened, could've been better with regular maintenance. For a secondary roomkey, we should left a deposit, which is ridiculous, since the rooms are for 2 people, right? One positive thing though, the rooftop was very nice, but gym wasn't functional. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, homestays, guesthouses, you name it. But our stay at FOX wasn't memorable or value for money. Even cheaper hotels gave better services and facilities.

Have wanted a staycation at this hotel for a long time, and in the end it materialized. at first it was normal. Rooms are spacious and clean. slippers we can buy at the reception, a pair of IDR 10,000. The curtains are torn and at night while lying on the sofa, there are insects that if they sting can cause infection (in my opinion). The swimming pool is located on the 6th floor and what is amazing is that we can see the landscape of the island of Bali 360 degrees. we can see GWK, the beach, we can even see the airport complete with the plane. Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the Fox Hotel. The checkin process took a long time and card payment was not working so we had to pay by cash. While booking it stated on the website, if we find a cheaper price on another booking platform we will get the difference refunded plus x10 points additional. So we booked it directly via the website instead of agoda where it was 50k (10%) cheaper. So they also don't need to pay the booking platform the commission fee. I informed them during booking that I found it cheaper elsewhere. I showed them all the evidence that it was in fact cheaper on another booking platform. Unfortunately they refused to refund and try to find many excuses why they can't honor their promises. (for example: no tax included - but it had the tax included / different time of booking? - no, same time / and so on. .. ) The girl at the reception said she needs to speak to the manager. As we didn't wanted to wait we said we will go out for a walk and that she needs to have a solution by the time we get back. After 2 hours we came back but they did not have any solutions as she did not do anything by then. She said again that she needs to speak to her manager but just sat in her chair and did not do anything. As we have a limited time in Bali we left and I wrote an email but did not get any response since more than 1 week. This is not customer friendly at all. We don't care about the money but the promise made.
At least the restaurant on the roof was nice but had to wait long time for the food.

I like the large and bright room. Bed is comfortable. The swimming pool looks great. The only thing is the wifi in room 210 is terribly slow and unstable, I had to carry my laptop to the corridor for the corridor to send my email and load up some webpages. One night the toilet flushing button was stuck, I called the reception and housekeeping five times to get someone up to fix it but no one picked up the phone. Three and a half hours once your plane touched down, and then ride to hotel, will not see you there at noon! immigration is very slow.
We arrrived early, check in is 2pm, went up to rooftop bar/cafe/pool and waited for an hour, they minded the bags, we got in at 1Pm so you will be fine.
We have a lot of varieties of foods and drinks at our Rooftop Restaurant from Western, Asian, Indonesian, Balinese Food. If you dont mind we can send also our menu. Yes, we are located in the heart of Jimbaran. there's plenty of nearby places to eat or drink.
