the hotel offer high quality service. Staff are very nice. Ankur and satendra are very coperative in bar and restaurant. Thanks for free upgrade to next category. Which is memorable we had breakfast and dinner at their coffee shop..food was presentable and eye appealed. Had a pleasant stay and great food. Ravi divakar great food 🥝👍👍they provide us extraordinary services and support, and took care about our needs. Room size was good and they had maintained it very well.
It’s a bad place and no service all washroom is leaking and no water in flush they changed our room after we shouted but the room again same issue room no 214 and 216 after eating buffet in night entire family got food poisoning and when we called late night asking for dr on a call they said they don’t have any facilities and ask us to go to dr from our end all of u avoid I am a tripadvisor follower and always follow traveller comment to book my place so pls note this
I had a stayed here from 4th to 7th Feb 2021 with my wife,sister ,child and an infant.Most disappointing issue encounted during the stay was the ill-mannered and highly careless staff and the managers supporting them.My wife had ordered milk for my kids and the milk was sent in the most horribly dirty kettle pictures attached.I tried to find out the reason for negligence from the restaurant and asked for the restaurant manager but he didn't turn up.I even left a message for him at the front desk to meet me but again no response.On check out I was offered a freebie of 500 rs on my outstanding amount on orders if Restaurant manager Mr.Jitendra which I refused to take and paid whole amount 6600 cash but I was only given receipt of 6096.Stillno apologies.All I wanted was an apology and explanation from the restaurant manager Mr.Jitendra.To this the staff misbehaved with me as if I was asking for something unusual.Its Covid era and keeping Heath issues at stake of kids is just not acceptable.I shall address this issue with FSSAI .I WAS EVEN CHARGED OF THE DIRTY MILK AND NOT EVEN OFFERED A REPLACEMENT.Ramada is a big hotel chain and i feel these kind of matters dont keep u in business for a long time Dr.Prashant Shukla 9760038294…
I Had stayed at Ramada Agra check in 4th and check out 7th with my wife,sister one child and an infant.I must say i had the worst experience any one can ever had staying here.I Had booked this one through Club Mahindra being a member of Red Studio .I have been to many Mahindra Resorts services are top notch to which i refused to take.Here the staff is most unprofessional ,discourtious, disrespectful and irresponsible .Same can be evident by the fact that my wife had ordered baby milk for my child and what she received was in the most dirtiest kettle image attached for reference.The base from inside of the kettle was very dirty which she could only see once she had half emptied the kettle and given the milk to the child.I complaint about this & inquired for Mr.Jitendra the restaurant manager to figure out the reason of negligence but he didnt turn up.I left a message for him at reception but he was seen no where.On Check out i was offered 500 discount from him for all that mess which I refused to take .I only wanted an apology from the Restaurant manger and explanation of the negligence even after telling that the milk belonged to the child to which all the staff misbehaved and said all nonsense words.I was even charged of the dirty milk and wasn't even offered a replacement .If such dirty kettles can be used for baby milk one can imagine the cleanliness of the kitchen.Serious hygienic issues.I didn't take 500 discount and paid whole 6600 and I wasn't even given 500 receipt.Giving 500 rs discount as a freebie is just not the way to compensate for the inconveniences caused and the high risk health issues for my child.On the top of that misbehaving with guests just for an apology and explanation of negligence is just not acceptable.Unprofessional Behaviour of staff The Hotel management and others involved should let me know why should not i adress this issue to the FSSAI and when Government is asking us to have strict hand hygiene and cleanliness.I am a practising doctor and understand the importance of hygiene better than any of the ruthless staff of Ramada.My contact number can be taken from the hotel records.…
