Stayed here for three nights. Excellent rooms with taj view... Spacious, clean well sanitized and flawless... Well maintained... Front desk offered a smooth check in... Travel desk provided car for local sightseeing with very competitive rate.. Skygrill the rooftop restaurant offered a very enjoyable candle light dinner with live music... Food was yummy... But the hotel is much lagging in service... Took almost half an hour to provide a shoe shine that too after calling three times... During checkout called reception twice for concierge service but no one came... Had to pull our own luggage until a random housekeeping came to our help ... Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options but least social distancing norms was being followed... Overall a good stay but could be even more better... Recommended if you overlook the part of service.…

The hotel staff was extremely courteous and all things were available under single roof that too very reasonably priced in comparison to other 5 star property Got a TAJ Mahal facing room and I would say they have issued a bigger room considering that we are accompanied with kids They get 5 out of 5 on cleanliness, hospitality, fooding, location If planning a visit at Agra, book them without second thought
