I recently stayed at your Radisson Hotel, Agra for 2 nights from 16/01/2021 to 18/01/2021 with my family members comprising of wife & 1 child. My above booking was done by Radisson customer care. I paid all inclusive Rs. 14,446/- for 2 nights stay in a double occupancy standard room with no extra bed.My above booking was done with breakfast and one major meal. But checked in done as a 2 adults and 1 children but booking was done against 3 adults which costs me more than Rs. 4000/- extra (proof enclosed). The above booking was wrongly done by your staff and they also refused to do the reversal despite my requests to them. The above acts of Radisson reservations staff does certainly symbolise the act of cheating and deceiving their esteemed customers like me by extending financial losses through wrong bookings. Also, I understand that the above act of Radisson does not certainly match their standard of operations. Subsequently lodged complaints at customer care as well as through mail addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org and ritika grover but yielded no results. Followed up for update on the status of closure but their complaint team led by Ritika never bothered to respond back. While giving my above specific review here, I purposely highlighting the same to their principal Radisson as the property where in I stayed being run through franchisee arrangement which never meet any standard of Radisson Global Brand and its ethics. Therefore, it is requested to take stringent actions against the said franchise of Radisson in Agra who giving bad images to the brand with closure of my complaints to the best of my satisfactions…

It was indeed a great experience for us. The ambience and the room service was absolutely fantastic. I also had the opportunity to have breakfast,lunch and dinner. Taste of the food was excellent. Thank you
My stay in Radisson hotel agra was decent enough. Room was big and clean. Toiletries were provided but toothbrush/toothpaste wasn't provided. We got 4 small bottles of water and a small sanitizer bottle complimentary inside the room. We took all meals in our stay at hotel. Lunch was not satisfactory enough. It had no starters, no soft drinks included. There was no non veg dish. When asked I was provided non-veg from the kitchen. But I wasn't aware that one can order from kitchen too. So it should have been mentioned somewhere or informed to the customers. Dinner was good and staff was cordial. Breakfast was amazing and had lot of variety. Overall stay was very nice.
True hospitality!!! A beautiful property at Agra with, mesmerising view of amazing Taj & other monuments.Myself and my wife have had enjoyed our 01 day stay here, our kid enjoyed a lot with various activities..staff is brilliant & well trained..must mentioned about their Cafe Oasis restaurant food, which I had eaten after a long time..service was exceptionally at par with Mr. Joginder's warm & genuine hospitality, who took care of our kid needs whenever required.I must mention a name of Mr Himanshu at the front office.his services and hospitality and attitude towards each and every guest was fantastic and fabulous.We wil visit again next year..stay well & keep growing.
