I only stayed for one night, and I really enjoyed my time here. My room was clean and comfortable, but the service at breakfast was really poor - hence the lower score. And it’s such a shame as the breakfast was actually really tasty. Breakfast was a self-service buffet, and you could order an omelette. People (with no manners) were pushing in and shouting at the poor guy who was cooking the omelettes. Eventually the kitchen started cooking the omelettes too. We weren’t allowed to help ourselves to tea and coffee; instead the waiting staff were supposed to fill our cups, but we had to wait 20 minutes for a cup, and then another 10 minutes for the coffee! Not good - especially when you’ve given yourself plenty of time for breakfast, but end up not being able to fully enjoy it. …

We stayed two nights in Agra at Hotel The Taj Vilas on 2/18/2020 - 2/20/2020. The staff told us that their was no internet in whole town of Agra. We checked the two hotels next door they had internet. We tried to ask for the manager who would only talk to us by the phone. Very bad management telling staff to lie to customers.

The downer for this hotel is the smell in the rooms. Acidic. We had a very smelly room and when moved to a different room it proved to have just the same smell. Thankful to have just the one night stay. Otherwise the rooms are clean and tidy, good beds, helpful staff and quite adequate food in the restaurant. Just need to fix the smell.

Only stayed for 1 night , room was nice , breakfast was nice , little waiter in restaurant very irritating, been sat waiting for a coffee for 20 minutes , people coming in and getting coffee rather quick,don t mind waiting , when he did come to serve us coffee pot was empty, another wait. Never asked for any more , food in the eveningwas cold , so not so good , won t be back at all
