I booked a room. When I reached at hotel, one lady receptionist Ms. Mamta took me to room. Room was beutiful and comfortable. In Agra, I have gone to other hotels too but room was small. Somewhere interior was not good. But in Orange Hotel, I found all facilities in one room. I will recommend to my friends. Once again I will appreciate lady receptionist professionalism.
Very bad experience. Food too is not good too less quantity as per they charge. Complimentary breakfast is too bad. Staff is very rude to customer, they even tried to charge 4000 rs from us for their already broken chair& when v made them realise the chair is without nuts already they didn't even have the gratitude towards customer to say sorry as they had wasted our so much time too. Beware of their old furniture as it's old it can break anytime and they will fine you.
I had a good stay at Hotel Orange while visiting Agra. The room has modern style but the TV channels is very limited and hot shower (i think) is available only in certain hours. Breakfast is VERY VERY limited. I ordered a food for dinner and it was just okay. It was Holi Festival during my stay so I did not see any nearby restaurant. It is near Taj Mahal's west side gate (10-15 mins drive). While for the catholics, St. Mary catholic church is just 5 mins walk from the hotel while St. George Cathedral is just 15 mins walk.
The hotel is nicly located and room are beutifuly designed with some morden Element. Staff is trained and super cooperative. The reservation team Mr Inderpreet will do anything to provide you best comfort and best value for money deal. I had stay 5 night and it is worth. The breakfast have a good choice to opted from continental and indian.the food and breakfast is very delecious. Room service is also very good..no complain about anything.superlike.
We were booked into this hotel as part of a Swatik Tour (Golden Triange). It was probably one of the worst 3 star hotels I have stayed in. The whole hotel, including the rooms were noisy and dirty. The toilet seat in the public area and the toilet seat in our room were broken. There was not hot water for us to shower in the evening.. The towels were grubby and DAMP!! We asked for clean towels...only to be brought the SAME towels 30 mins later! Eventually, we were issued with brand new towels. I certainly would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel is small but the rooms are well maintained and was the best we had during our trip to India. The room size was good enough and was cleaned properly. The food they serve is palatable and the staff was decent. Worth the price we paid for it. Recommended for couples.
Average budget hotel. Ambience Average.Rooms Average , cleaning requires improvement. Bedsheet ,bedcover has spots. Room size ok . Restaurant at ground floor in front of reception. Buffet breakfast but quality of food ok,spread requires improvement. Limited staff but helpful.
Lovely room in a nice hotel. We only stayed the one night whilst on a Golden Triangle tour. The evening meal in their restaurant was very good. However, breakfast was VERY limited, and hot water not available when we needed it.
We had a nice stay in hotel orange. Went for new year. Rooms are fine and location is good. Staff is also nice. However there is a good scope for improvement. Service was good but used to get delay often. Parking is available.
Not sure how my tour guide has booked this. I was very much disappointed by this hotel..never ever go again..I don’t like the staff behavior at the breakfast buffet. They didn’t care about customer satisfaction
