Although the Shahi guest house has surprisingly upscale-y bathrooms, I sorely regret having booked there. The guest house is quite far from the clock-tower center and is hard to access via tuk-tuk. There is a temple or mosque across the narrow alley with chanting going on at all hours and the rooms are extremely loud. The owners lack the grace... More

We were recommended Shahi and it didn't disappoint. Comfy beds (not easy to find in India..), good running hot shower and great owners. We stayed in the top room and the views were lovely and the bathroom was new. Oh and a cute rooftop cafe with beautiful views of the fort. We will be back!!

This is a lovely havali that is out in the middle of nowhere... Not next to shops or restaurants. There are much better places to stay that are closer to the clock tower and activity but still tucked away enough that the are not noisy. You have to try to get a rickshaw to go anywhere from here. The internet... More

This is a gorgeous 350 year old haveli converted into a hotel in Jodhpur. Fantastic location with great views of the impressive fort. Staff are lovely and helpful and it has a quiet family owned and run feel to it. They can assist with transport and suggestions on what to do and see. The rooftop restaurant is awesome- we ate... Like you have probably read this hotel is over 300 years old and is quite well maintained and in good condition, I think it is run as a family business. We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our room. It was spacious and filled with antiques and gave you a real sense of history (thankfully the rooms are... More

Good hotel, nice room, and best bathroom I have seen in India, very New and clean, with shower area phisycally separated from the rest of the bathroom, which means that you will not flood the bathroom after a shower. Towels were the cleanest and whitest I have seen in a hotel in India. Breakfast at rooftop is great and has... More

We stayed one night at this delightful hotel. It is beautiful haveli with lovely original features and spacious room. Owners are very helpful and friendly, and the location is very good; close to clock tower and fort. Highly recommended for a stay in the blue city.

My mouth dropped when I saw our rooms and the amazing mosaic floor. Our room had an incredible view of the fort and or bed was huge. Such a beautiful and old building and has been kept in great condition. Had dinner and breakfast on the roof which was very good and another great view of the fort.

This is one of the best Haveli , infact I would say its a beautiful home to live. You feel like home away from home. We have been there last year to celebrate our new year holidays. The location of the Haveli is in prime area and everything is quite nearby. The owner of the Guest house are like family... More
