They are the most professional and warm I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. I was leaving at night and was worried about picking up my laundry which was late (it was past 8pm). The person I spoke to regarding my concern want frm housekeeping but he found where my laundry was lying and hand delivered it to my room. I interacted with multiple service staff during my stay and all of them were pleasure to interact with. If u get a roof above 3rd Floor u can see the Umaid bhawan palace on one side and mehrangarh on the other and practically the whole of Jodhpur frm the rooftop Ocean restaurant. Also there are three Shivji ka temples stones throw frm the hotel into the delight of any senior person with u. Also a smart amenity of this hotel is its gym. It doesn’t have its own gym but it offers guests access to a highly professional and well equipped gym next door called fitness pro gym frm its 2nd floor. It’s just the smart thing to do. We had booked this hotel during Diwali, The rooms were perfect and neat and clean, hotel has already placed some Diwali gifts and sweets with GM's personal wishing note, sweets were so delicious and want d to buy but got to know that same has been prepared in house.
Breakfast was excellent with choices and chef himself came to us to check our satisfaction and what else you want when you are treated with so personal services.
Hotel has organised Diwali celebration just outside the lobby where fire crackers and lotbof other stuffs been provided to all hotel staying guests and it was simply best experience I have ever had.
I would recommend this hotel to all and we will certainly come again next time.

Because Only Night Manager and Night boy for Luggage was helpful and very good.
Night room service is very unprofessional and totally dont know how to talk to customers i ordered 2 cup of tea. Person from Room service said we dont have milk stock and when i said i can bring milk from market for you then after sometime he sent my order. Really pathetic service.
In morning i requested 6 times housekeeping for Iron but no one bothered about that and when i reqstd for 7th time then they gave Iron. Also i ordered brown beard and butter in morning. They said we dont have brown bread then again when we asked do you anything in your kitchen because for everything you are denying then after sometime they sent me brown bread and butter.
They always at first refused for everything and when customers got angry then they have Everything. It was very worst stay.
Even i asked then for the bill they charged me for the tea, bread & sandwiches. They said we will send you whtsapp bcoz printer is not working. But till now no one sent me my bill.
Its totally unprofessional that customer is asking for bill and your printer is not working.

Having had a great experience at the Fern resort in Sasan Gir, we didn't expect anything less at the Jodhpur hotel. Sadly, it was a disappointment in more ways than one. For one, the moment we entered our rooms, a dank, humid smell greeted. Definitely something wrong with the ventilation system in the bathroom - the smell hung in the air both days of our stay. The door to our room took all our strength to open, the bathroom door in another room wouldn't close. Maintenance needs to be upped for sure. Whether the hotel is understaffed or the staff is undertrained is anybody's guess. My request for water in the room and a stirrer took really long and two calls to reception. One plus point - they're using glass bottles for drinking water. Two simple queries to the hotel staff were met with an "I don't know.." - not a response you'd expect from service industry personnel. There's a bar called Agni on the rooftop which was locked at 7.30 pm, despite all the advertisements in the lobby! We had gone for a drink in the evening and had to have it unlocked for us. A cocktail we ordered never arrived for over 30 mins, so we cancelled.
Thankfully, food was tasty and the breakfast spread was varied - only saving grace.
If the place doesn't get it's act together, the brand name Fern is going to take a beating for sure.

Bedsheets & pillows were very dirty. Also in such a cold weather they are not providing water heating kettle in rooms and call themselves a 3 star hotel. The food is nice but apart from that nothing is worth the price.
