We had a fabulous stay at the Victoria which is centrally located within the old fort walls with breathtaking views over the (new) city. Some of the rooms are actually built into the wall of the fort, so it's a bit like living inside a castle and felt special. The rooms were rustic and charming and the staff was lovely:...

Well done up rooms in traditional Rajasthani décor. Room sizes are smaller to accommodate a family but good enough for 2 people making it...

Our room had a large window seat with a view, as do some of the others. The food at the restaurant was delicious, we ate most of our meals there. The...

A great hotel within the fort, at a fair price, staff are attentive and the rooms are clean although on the small side. The roof terrace is the icing on the cake, we enjoyed sitting there drinking in the atmosphere, both during the day and at night when the place comes to life .

We stayed at the hotel for four days at the end of January. Our room had a great view of the Jaisalmer town, and in the morning i could see the airforce jet landing far away at the base, and at night the town lit up under our window. It had a price tag of 3500 per day, but the...

One of nicest places I have stayed. I was greeted warmly & installed in a cosy room very quickly & soon enjoying a chai on the rooftop restaurant. Lovely attentive staff. The view from the roof is superb-you can sit, eat & drink in comfort both by day & evening. Bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets, hot water at...
