Worst experience we had when we asked them to pack food ( for dinner) for us as we had evening train and wanted to avoid food which we get in trains. I personally met the cook...

The hotel is a gem and highly recommended for all travellers. I can think only think of god things about the hotel. The location: Excellent. 2 km from station. 1 km from the King's palace, in a quiet but well connected place in a posh locality. The food: Not exactly excellent, but hygienic and budget friendly. They also pack food...

Rooms are good, Staff ready to support, Front desk very helpful, Room service just as and when required. All Chefs can make food of choice, very attentive and caring. Suggestions: Attendant in Dining hall to be dressed better and cordial.

We stayed with friends for 1 day and like the stay. Staff was good and breakfast and dinner also good. As government property it is not maintained very well. It can be good if renovated and maintained.

RTDC site states "The hotel has an essence of history as it is named after the love story of prince Mahendra and princess Moomal". But hey don't fancy anything beyond these lines. It is a large property but maintained badly. If you are on budget (want to pay no more than Rs.1500 per night), or if you are a night...

Stayed here for 2 nights in jan 2017 in the family room. Rooms are good which have 2 sections with 2 double beds. I travelled with my husband and 7 yera old son. One bed cannot accomodate 3 people and hence 1 person has to sleep separately. Moomal is located a bit far from the railway station compared to the...

Jaisalmer is a place every tourist from Bengal loves visiting because of the inextricable link associated with the Sonar Kella by Satyajit Ray---the rooms were very average and so was the food ---- we were treated to some good cuisine for lunch on New Year's Eve-- the toilets had problems with the geyser playing up--- thankfully the TV was working...
