First things first: Very clean and hygienic (spacious) rooms. They are adhering to all the covid related protocols. The rooms are getting fumigated at regular intervals. The staff is seen wearing masks. Hand sanitisers are made available at all the possible places in the hotel. For those looking for a safe gate-away during the times of COVID, there could be no better place.

Secondly, the rooms are beautifully done, they have a certain coziness to them. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The host, the owner of Mystic Jaisalmer, Mr. Ashraf Ali will ensure your comfort to the fullest. The place is not only family friendly but also a haven for those looking for a spiritual gate away full of peace and solitude. The energy of this place is simply beautiful.

Also, they have all the amenities like currency exchange, laundry, customised trips to the desert, etc. The location is also right in the middle of the city and all the places worthy of visit are easily accessible.

This was my second visit to Mystic Jaisalmer and 2 other friends of mine have been here with their friends and they all have loved it.

Food in their in house restaurant Hocus Pocus is simply delicious... they make it fresh on receiving orders so even if it takes time, your patience pays off! They also have a beautiful Cafe Chaisalmer which serves mouthwatering real Italian cafe which is the cosiest place one could chill out in!

The property is beautiful and gives you the right raw feels of the beautiful golden city.
We stayed here for almost a week and this place already feels like home. The host is so welcoming, kind and fun.Seriously this man can’t do enough for his guests. His advice on tours is brilliant. You can ask him anything he will find out and come straight back to you. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and spacious.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is in close proximity to all the attractions of the city. Talking about the hotel’s safety in terms of covid 19 trust me no worries, the rooms were sanitised every day for utmost safety. Due to covid 19 safety reasons and our group being the only guests at the hotel there were fewer staff leaving no stones unturned to keep us happy and content. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Their scrumptious menu Is totally irresistible. To round up your epic culinary journey do try out some local favourites as well as exotic dishes at the hotel’s restaurant “ Hocus Pocus” and the beautiful cafe “chaisalmer”.
Begin your mornings with the beautiful sunrise from the rooftop cafe of mystic Jaisalmer and being your evening with a sunset safari, tuck into a delectable Rajasthani meal, and spend the night in the middle of the sand dunes with a tour operator as good as “Mystic Jaisalmer”.

Mystic Jaisalmer is conveniently located, just walking distance from the main shopping market. The hotel is vertically put together with rooms on lower floors and a rooftop cafe with indoor seating as well.
The entire length and breadth is covered with handmade artworks which were beautifully made.

The rooms were spacious, thoroughly cleaned keeping in mind all Covid protocols with sparkling clean toilets. The manager also explained all the Covid safety measures that were adopted by Mystic Jaisalmer upon our arrival.

Visiting there post Covid was a good experience, but with few tourists. Mr Ashraf the owner of the hotel himself took great care to make our stay smooth, comfortable and homely. A big thanks to him for entertaining all our special travel requests and involving himself personally and for his time and all recommendations.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely be staying at Mystic Jaisalmer again!

This hotel is the perfect location to explore Jaisalmer. The owner Ashraf Ali makes you feel like at home. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, everything you need, you get. The hotel has a roof top restaurant and the food in is excellent. The rooms are nice and cosy, furnished in local style with all the comfort and amneties you need. There is also a mini fridge in the room, free bottle of water and tea and coffee maker. It is a prefect get-a-way from everyday life. The hotel also offers amazing trips to the desert, so I would recommend it to all travelers. I loved the place!

This is a fabulous place to stay. The managers Ashraf Ali and Shokat Ali, and all their staff are incredibly helpful.
It's ten minutes walk to the Fort. We preferred this location over the being in the Fort because it was,
* Quiet,
* Enabled us a to get a bit of exercise each day,
* Felt safe.
The hustlers are around and in the Fort. The location of the Mystic was hustler-free.

The Mystic has a fabulous view of the Fort and its rooftop restaurant is fabulous for its ambience and views. We particularly liked having breakfast there.

Make sure your find out why it's called Mystic and try and guess why the restaurant is called Chasalmer and Hocus Pocus.

Kitchen has a cappuccino machine. For a strong coffee, just like we have at home, we ordered a double shot espresso with separate hot milk so we could add just the right amount of milk.

The hotel is in great location with walking distance from all tourist locations. Clean and hygienic rooms. Good quality of food in rooftop restaurant with a great view of Jaisalmer Fort.
Best part was the great hospitality from the owners and all hotel staffs. We were a group of 4 families with kids and all our needs of food, hot water, ginger tea, arrangement of drop to station at late night all were taken care well.
Had a great stay and highly recommended to all.

I stayed here on my trip to Jaisalmer on Dec 2019 and it was one of the most amazing experiences. The hotel is not only beautiful and colorful, but the staff and owner will do anything to make your stay better. The rooms are big, colorful and clean. The rooftop has an amazing view of the fort and the city and the location is just perfect, you can walk anywhere from there.
They also book Desert nights, we did that on our second day and had an amazing time. We did it glamping style, we had a tent with beds ans a bathroom, there was also dinner and a show that unfortunately it was not translated and was has to know what they were saying, but it was nice.
I will recommend you stay here whenever you are in Jaisalmer. Booking and payment were also really easy.

We booked one night safari in the desert of Thar with Mystic Jaisalmer on the recommandation of our travel agency. The staff in the desert is very thoughtful and kind(they made us a fire at 3 in the morning and a lot of chai on request). The atmosphere was amazing: the campfire and the songs, the simple but yet tasteful food cooked in front of us, the camel ride. You should bring a lot of layers since in the desert it gets really cold and humide in the night. The thing we didn't appreciate was the overpriced taxi they booked for us to go to the airport (more than twice the price for a regular ride).

From what I know Jaisalmer is one of the safest places to travel to at the moment. I chose to stay at Mystic Jaisalmer and am I glad I did!

The hotel is adhering to the COVID regulations. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious. The hotel is centrally located, all the places worth visiting are within walking distance. The staff is nice and friendly. Mr. Ashraf Ali, the owner of the hotel ensures your comfort.

The desert Safari was truly mind-blowing. The sunset was breathtaking! And i have no words to describe the feeling of sleeping under the stars! It was well organised. They also customise these trips according to your liking.

One can also hang out in the roof top restaurant 'Hocus Pocus' (from where one can view the fort and have a bird eye view of the Golden City) and the cafe 'Chaisalmer'. Great ambience (I loved the painted walls!!), good food, a great collection of books, interesting conversations and the famous hammock completes your experience at Mystic Jaisalmer! I would certainly visit once again!

Our trip to Jaisalmer was well tailored with the help of Ashraf(owner of Mystic) who is very helpful and approachable. He goes out of his way to provide the best.
Mystic jaisalmer is a beautiful place aesthetically designed from exterior to its interiors in Rajasthani style. It is located at a walkable distance from the serene Gadisar lake and major tourist attractions.
The rooftop terrace offered an amazing view of the historic and captivating Jaisamer fort that played hide and seek on the misty mornings of our stay.
The friendly staff, the delicious food, everything was impeccable.
Thanks Ashraf for for all the comfort added along with your magical smile.

Dear sir/madam, Thank you for contacting us. While you are in Jaisalmer it’s a really great experience to visit the Desert. Please let us know if you are coming more than one night, because if you are coming just one night then we can recommend you to do an afternoon trip to the desert with a cultural evening at our camp, but if you are coming more than one night we recommend you to stay one night at our camp in a luxury tent. Our tents are cozy and provide enough blankets for an over night stay in the desert. We also have a bonfire at our cultural evening show. So you can book it on our website or write us an email for more information. Looking forward to welcoming you at Mystic Jaisalmer. Best regards Ashraf Ali

U should go for desert camp for one night, it will be nice experience for u all. U have two option at desert safari, 1st u can stay in tents(right in the middle of desert,3 hrs ride on camel from the main camp). 2nd u can stay at main camp(if u want u can enjoy small camel ride of 1-1.30hrs to nearby village and from der dey will take u to dune bashing in desert. As u said u r going with kids, u should opt 2nd option, it will be fun stay for all of u.
