The highlight of our visit to India!
Start with saying Thank you Gaurav for making our stay memorable! The rooms are fantastic and you get the heritage experience with the modern amenities. The halwai breakfast is something to write home about. Do try the jalebi and Malai doodh and the kachori! The service is awesome. The team truly took care of the needs of my young daughters food allergies. While the location is a bit away from the fort, getting your own car with a driver is recommended. Plan to spend half a day exploring the property..and playing with their resident dogs Gabbar and Laila.

Most lavish experience ever
This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and had booked 2 separate rooms. They upgraded us to the Thar Haveli which was absolutely amazing. The grounds and the gardens are beautiful. The service was awesome. The food both at the breakfast/dinner buffet at Nosh and the dinner at Legends of Marwar was amazing. The service staff was excellent in every way.

Grand Royal welcome. Had an issue with my room The Manager GauravJi immediately Transfered us to A Suite. All divisional managers, one after the other literally embarrased us by over caring & papering us. In our two night stay we became family.One of the best hotel stays in our world travels We also took the jiva spa for 90minutes. Best SPA we have visited in our life. LIFE TIME MEMORY ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏

Beautiful property - felt like royalty. Every aspect of this hotel is amazing - the gardens, the staff, the room, the indoor pool! The staff treats you with impeccable service. Could have stayed here for . a month! Definitely recommend and hope to return.

Any particular room category to go for incase I want a better view ?
You might wanna take a room with a sunset view. Nothing can beat that in a deserted place. But in terms if ultimate luxury and space, I would recommend their Jaiselmer haveli or Thar Haveli

Hello, how do we make reservations for the dining, spa or archery if we are not staying at the hotel. Also if we do reserve, can the Pavillion rooms accomodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children ages 7 and 10)?
I think it is best that you contact the hotel reservation via e-mail at reservation @ suryagarh. com to clarify your questions. Activities at the hotel may be exclusive for the guests who are staying at the hotel. I believe you can dine at the hotel even though you are not staying at the hotel, but not sure about Spa. We have stayed at the heritage suite and my personal recommendation is to reserve the suite if you are 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel may be able to put in extra beds, so be sure to ask.

We are going to celebrate our First wedding anniversary at Suryagarh. I have been advised by a friend of mine to stay at Suryagarh instead of Marriott. I’ve heard a lot about Suryagarh. We would be staying drom 7th November until 9th November. I have some questions about the Gala dinner on Diwali night and also want some suggestions as what to be done in and around Suryagarh and Jaisalmer for 3 days. Thank you
Hi - a trip to Sam dunes is highly recommended. I would also suggest that you enjoy the hotel and take in the ambiance. They have a cultural program every evening and is good to unwind after a trip to the desert. The hotel is far from the centre of the city (Marriott is closer), but if you have the transport you will enjoy Suryagarh more. The food and staff are great.

Does the Hotel have a Commual Tip Box
Yes they have communal tip box. You can put the gratuity in an envelope and drop at communal tip box or reception while checking out if you wish to.

We are traveling with our daughter who is 14 years old , would there be any additional charges for her?
I think, additional bed might be required for her. Hence there will be extra charge. Still you can negotiate and talk to hotel. They will surely do the best.
