Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pol haveli. An absolute highlight in the golden city of Jaisalmer. The accommodations are fantastic straight out of 1000 and 1 Nights. The staff is extra class. You can go to them with any question and they will do their best to make everything possible. Stayed here for 4 nights. Great central location, clean and you feel like you're at home. The chef is a true artist and creates fresh and absolutely delicious authentic dishes. We also decided to book a camel safari through this hotel. Here too we were surprised with what was probably the best way to experience it. Especially outside, no overcrowded places. Enjoyed culinary delights in the middle of the sand dunes, spent a wonderful night with a campfire and a starry sky. The service and quality leave absolutely nothing to be desired. Clearly this place and these people made our stay unforgettable and created a great time. Highly Recommended!!!

Loved our stay here. A very sociable and friendly Manu and the team welcomed us. Comfortable rooms, extra blankets available, hot water and also cosy and clean. A delicious selection of food available in the restaurant, highly recommended. What's also definitely worth doing is a desert safari experience arranged by and exclusive to the hotel. We went out and about with Ali Jeep to see some historical sites, and then we were dropped off in the capable hands of Santosh and his team for a camel trek into the Thar. We enjoyed the trek, food that was cooked, and loved exploring the dunes but most of all sleeping under the stars. And we we super warm and cosy under piles of blankets! Go and enjoy!
