We only stayed 1 night. Took rooms on the 2nd floor as the ones on the 1st floor had a smell coming from the bathroom. The staff could have been slightly more responsive. We LOVED the wooden dining hall.

The Hotel is a small family run Hotel. The Owner of the hotel was in top position of Rajasthan tourism department& very helpful. The rooms are clean & with all modern amenities. Yes it's not a 5 Star Hotel but a very good one for family stay & explore Bikaneer

The ambience of the hotel is very good. The owner and the staff are very friendly and gave me very good suggestions about the tourist spots since I had very less time to cover the area. The rooms are well furnished and clean. Food is fabulus

The architecture will make you feel like you are living in a fort. The ambience is just mind blowing and the location makes it very easy to find upon your arrival at Bikaner. The room boy will attend to you the moment you will call for him. The owners are very friendly and you can have a chat with them...

I found this 20-room, 3-star hotel adequate but somehow lacking in character, perhaps because I seemed to be the only guest. Its website suggests that it’s on its own but there’s actually another similar hotel (Harasar Haveli) right next to it. Its location, however, was probably as convenient as any other for getting around by auto-rickshaw to the Old City...

The rooms given to us which was there top end category were good with nice aesthetic furniture . Put off was the food & general fine cleanliness. The quality of food...
