I happened to stay again in Hotel Pride as it is close to my office. Though during the last visit the service was not good this time there was significant improvement. The service offered by Housekeeping staff was excellent and prompt. The front office staff ensured that my stay was comfortable.

The Pride bills itself as a luxury hotels, and with more effort it could be one. However the service is poor and the staf are not very friendly. The maintenance is poor and the building quality is shoddy. There was also a stale smell throughout the hotel. The bedroom however is a good size and comfortable. The cleaning is not...

My host had booked this hotel for me. To my surprise Aman Tandon chief chef was there. I know him since last 10 years. He made excellent food for me. Rooms were neat and clean. One suggestion is to provide free wi fi round the clock. Also toiletries need to increased. Happy stay.

I remember visiting this place for the first time in 2001 on work. Next was in 2012, and the latest trip in 2017. All three times, over the years, I've had a comfortable stay: well-appointed rooms, courteous and helpful staff, wifi that works. In consequence, all my visits have helped me make sure business goes on as planned, no hitches,...

The Hotel is at a good location in Pune. The reception and restaurants are good. The ambience of the room is good but the AC's are pathetic. The food at then Puran ka Dhaba restaurant was okay. Nothing much to say about it.

Stayed for a night in a double room. The price was at over Rs 5000 for which we had a mediocre room. More disappointed by restrictions on WiFi usage to four hours complimentary, rest payable. Also their breakfast fare was nothing noteworthy. Being in the heart of Pune, there was just nothing in terms of Maharashtrian fare which was on...
