Wish I'd read the February review about bed bugs earlier. Now I'm covered in bed bug bites. Can confirm there are still bed bugs in Rooms 3 and 4. Great to see that since February, Management did nothing to fix the problem, oh, except pile mattresses on top of each other in the store room. Great plan. Avoid.

Even new rooms have got issues related to housekeeping and maintenance. Management should monitor service staff. Restaurant service is also lazy. It has great ambience, wonderful location and big rooms. Airconditioning needs repair.

The Poona Club is very centrally located and is a large area with a lot of facilities. There are decent staying facilities, tennis, badminton, cricket and a large walking track. Nice green lawns give it a nice feel. The food is ok. Typical club type and service can certainly improve. Ample parking is available.

We had to suddenly stay at Poona Club as the roa leading to Lavasa was blocked due to landslides. Poona Club came to our rescue. The room ( #16) was very comfortable and clean. Staff is exceptionally good and helpful. One gets very homely and looked after feeling here. Thanks for being a true blood club.

Great location! Very close to Koregaon Park, MG road, Inox movie theatre etc etc. Nice large rooms. Food is good however service is slow, as expected with club service. Do try to book a room in advance as they get filled out soon. Lovely views of the golf course.

The Poona club has it all. A 4 day stat is also not enough. Rooms have decent accommodation, they have amazing green lawns, open air restaurant, Italian restaurant, Tennis Courts, Super Market and in the heart of the main city. Everything is walking distance. Train station, Malls, Cinema Hall, Swimming pool. The service in the rooms could have been better...

The Club retains a lot of its glorious past. Central and close to MG road, Camp Koregaon park its ideal for leisure stay. Food is good. For the health conscious, there is a walking track , gym etc..quite like the place for its old colonial charm!
