One star for this hotel is much higher. Worst hotel it is. No room service, no intercom, no kitchen and rooms are full with spiders, insects, lezerts, Kokroches, Breakfast they arrange from some where else. Look like this as a Dharamshala not hotel.

We walked to the lake. It's a nice walk of about an hour (might take half an hour more if you stop to look at the monkeys and what more). We hitched a hike on our way back due to a strike. Otherwise you can always take an auto-rickshaw.
And I must add that we loved the homestay! Awesome place!
