This is more like a hotel than a homestay but still has the personal touch if a homestay. Our room overlooked the forest and it was great on the balcony listening to all the birds and the cows lowing. Meals are served in an upstairs conservatory which had more of a canteen feel about it. The soup was delicious and...

We stayed here on a Kerala tour and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our first floor room gave a great view of the surrounding area and it was comfortable and well-furbished. We enjoyed the food, cooked before us by a lovely, humourous chef. There are only 6 or 7 rooms here so it feels very friendly. The owner, Cyriac, is so...

We stayed at pepper county for 2 days on our Kerala trip.it was a fabulous stay, with Cyriac and his staff providing a very warm welcome to us. The food is delicious and. It felt really sociable to eat with other guests,(albeit at different tables, but all at the same time) and share our day's activities with one another. I...

This home stay is a real gem! The owner Cyriac is a wonderful host and very proud of his home and his garden growing all sorts of spices and fruit. He was very keen to take us for a walk through his acreage. We loved this place. Cyriac immediately made us feel like family. He couldn't do enough for us....

Spent an enjoyable couple of days here as part of a tour. The room was lovely, the grounds are gorgeous. The owner is very knowledgeable on the plants and trees and is happy to show you around. The chef made us tasty meals, and even produced a birthday cake for a person in our group, big enough to share around...

The locatin is just off the main road but it provides a quiet reprieve from the chaos surrounding the main entrance to the national park. The rooms are very comfortable with nice furnishings and ours had a nice balcony overlooking the park. One of the things we enjoyed was the good shower with lots of pressure and plenty of hot...

The room is tastefully decorated, spotless, and had great amenities with plenty of hot water. The price per night includes breakfast. We are vegetarian and the chef Vijay asked us what we wanted for breakfast...

We arrived in this homestay after a day battling with our driver. The setting is beautiful and the rooms are tasteful and clean and tidy. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. The owner took us for a walk around his plantation and explained it all to us. I am vegetarian and the chef prepared food for us specially and...

We stayed with Cyriac and Dolly as part of a package tour of Kerala in October 2016. We would recommend this homestay to anyone lucky enough to enjoy the many wonders of Kerala. We couldn't have asked for more welcoming hosts that equally respected their guests privacy. Our room was finished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and a...

Wow where to start...we'd never stayed at a homestay before, so weren't sure what to expect...Cyriac and Dolly have a wonderful home set on some beautiful grounds. The location is a 5 min walk away from a few shops and is very quiet and set back from any main roads. There are 4 buildings - 1 is the owners residence,...
