We stayed here for three days and two nights.. we booked the rooms through online mode, due to some circumstances the room was not available at the time of check in, they immediately apologised and they upgraded us to deluxe room without any extra cost and also they even provided us complementary breakfast and room service, we really loved our... This hotel is in a quiet location but was still within minutes walk to the beach & shopping. Breakfast had a small selection but it was very nice. We enjoyed the dosa. This hotel has a lot of personality, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. All places of interest in walking distance and plenty of auto rickshaws for those who don't walk. Great welcome and quick check in. Drink and roses provided. Hotel Arches is in the heart of Fort Kochi, but located on a quiet street. What more could you want? We were made very welcome at the hotel. They have a lovely roof top resteraunt for breakfasts and lunches and ground floor dining room for dinner. Fort Kochi shoreline is just 1 minute walk so its gr8. Hotel ambience is pretty nice. Buffet breakfast has very limited options but is on the rooftop which is nice.
