The staff could not do any more to make our stay memorable, They arranged our collection from the airport and payment as we had trouble getting currency due to note change. The garden courtyard is lovely and at night with the lights on is amazing, at the end of the courtyard you go to the waters edge and the jetty...

The dining experience was lovely because of the views across the port and the excellent choice and quality of the menu. The room however did not live up to the standard of the food. The room was large and clean and was supposed to be a delux room but the curtains were thin and let in the early morning light....

We stayed here for 2 nights and used it as a base to explore Kochi. Hotel staff spoke fantastic English and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and mosquito free with great shower pressure. There is no safe in the room and when I asked concierge, they mentioned the room was safe. He turned out to be...

It is nice laid back hotel in Fort Kochi area within walking distance of Princess Street. They seem to have adopted environment friendly mantra and even the soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc kept in the rooms were all herbal. No TVs in rooms. The staff was nice but the breakfast option were really really limited.

We stayed here on our first night in India and were pleasantly surprised by the homely Portuguese style rooms with the little wicker chairs on the shared balcony. It's in a great location close to the famous Chinese fishing nets. The hotel restaurant is lovely, looking out onto the fort and with good food - it offers great views and...

I've just stayed here as part of a package trip, this was our first hotel - we had a warm welcome at reception and shown to our room on the ground floor. The rooms are pretty basic, but very clean and the air conditioning is a blessing! My favourite bit is the central area where all the trees are hung...

There is no doubt that the location of this hotel is superb, however the room, whilst being clean, was very utilitarian and lacking in comfort. The bedding was grey & the towels were well past their use by date. Breakfast was adequate, but for a hotel that professes to be famous for its food, we were sorely disappointed. Clearly there...

We visited Fort House a couple of weeks ago. Overall, this hotel is pretty decent and can be a good experience if you are not too fuzzy. Positives: Location, cleanliness but you will find bugs that are not related to the place being clean, wonderful food from the restaurant, view from jet, room local decorations, reception, staff at restaurant were...

We stayed here as a family of four for two nights. This property has the WOW factor .. The colonial style rooms were very large, clean, comfy beds and excellent en suite facilities. The staff were very friendly and worked hard. Breakfast was excellent especially the Indian choice. The location was great. We would thoroughly recommend this place.
