The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was a clean (for India) but a little cramped. The bathroom was super tiny and it was noisy being near such a big road. Of course being near MG, the location was very good. The food was pretty decent too.

When I planned a visit to Bangalore, I looked for a hotel close to M.G. Road and Brigade Road. Hotel Empire fitted the requirement perfectly. It is on Church Street and very close to Brigade Road, St Marks Road and M.G. Road. Cubbon Park is also not far off. I made my reservation by sending an email. The response was...

I ended up enjoying my few days at the Empire, although it has several problems. It is in dire need of decorating, and the facilities are well out of date, if working in my experience. The front desk is a little chaotic at times and as others have mentioned, it definitely depends which staff member is manning it as their...

We stayed at the Empire International betwen the 16th and 18th of November, 2012 and lost not a moment of the charms that Bangalore's Church Street offers. The hotel is placed at the quietest end of the street and after the hectic activity of the street, the restaurant. My wife fell in love with the food there and did not...

If you like your meat, then this is the place to visit. My wife & I shared half a grilled chicken & half a leg of Raan mutton, a ghee rice and a Kerala Parota. Both the chicken & the Raan were cooked to perfection. An excellent meal at a cheap price. The experience would have been even better if...

I took a super deluxe for a one night stay for 3 people. The room is not that big, compared to last time I stayed in the terrace house at another hotel which is even cheaper than this. It has a single bed (not super single bed) and a big bed for 2. The breakfast was pleasant. Pros: Good location,...
