I have stayed in this place (with travel-related gaps) for 21 months. The infrastructure is well-thought out, services by staff very efficient and their behaviour very nice. I would particularly recommend Mr Chandra and 'Madam' from housekeeping, Mr Ratnakar in the security services and Mr Gopal, who led the team of staffs here.

It was situated at a very convenient place of Bangalore, but the room size was amazingly small & really it was very much tough to spent time there. Otherwise, it was a good experience. And may be its unfortunate, but during my 4 days stay, i had the chance to utilise the canteen service only once, as it was closed...

the staff were very helpful and polite, but that is the only good thing about the hotel. It was very dated, needed painting, it was very filthy, but tidy. the toilet didn't flush and it smelt bad, the shower didn't work properly and the bed sheets and towels looked very old, they had seen better days! and we were there...

The rooms are quite good. The location is preferable to people who have to stay around Bannerghatta Road. Specially helpful for students of IIM Bangalore whose parents come to visit.
