Its a most pathetic hotel i have ever visited in my whole life. I had booked this hotel through makemytrip. In pictures they had shown very good condition but in fact all are fake. I was alloted room no 101. Its was filled with dampness. Foul smell. Pillows towels were stained. I left the hotel in one day only where... More

Except that it is located in good neighborhood of marathahully, it has no cons of being a good hotel. The bedroom is ok,bathroom is no good. All broken down. The internet also do not support window 8.1. Morning free buffet breakfast they call it. One local food + bread you get. No other food timing is there. Though there is one... More

I have a lot of unpleasant experience with this hotel. 1) When I arrived, the Club Room was not ready and my family was put in two rooms. Remember, I booked the room four months ago. 2) The phone in one room was not working. They kept us waiting for an hour. When they failed, finally they shifted us to... More

Not a place with value for money spent. I paid advance for executive room but the facilities in the room were not as per the category. Being a new property it needs to be managed by trained staff. The bathrooms and provision of hot water were main irritants.

Spacious rooms with good ambience. Worth the money we pay. However, I could see quality deterioration over last two years since I started regularly staying there. (room latches are hard, loose power sockets, missing menu cards, towels/bedspreads are not discared after repeated washes)

Before I furnish the detailed experience, I would offer a simple suggestion to save you time: Avoid staying at the belair properties if you can help it. At all costs. I say properties, because there are two- the main building shown in the pictures, that at least looks good on the outside, and a dump situated right opposite it that... More

One of the worst experiences I ever had in this hotel. I feel this is more like a lodge not a hotel. 1. I feel the room pics shown in travel portals like makemytrip or goibibo or any other are different than the real pics of the room and the condition. Comforter, blanket etc. are so dirty and horrible that... More

1.Hotel is good. But too costly for the kind of room they provide. 2. Don't go with the picture of the hotel as the room will be provided only in the near by building. 3. Breakfast was awesome. 4. Hot water will not be available. We need to wait for more than an hour to get it. 5. Room ambiance... More

The rooms are huge by business hotel standards and all basic amenities are available. Few of the rooms have a balcony too. Room and bathroom is neat and clean. They provide safe in the room... More
