Tsermang Eco Camp, very quiet and relaxed. A secluded area in a copiced wooded area, beside the river Indus. We were driven from Leh airport to a prayer flagged bridge, then a short walk to the camp site. The tents are large, with double bed and seperate 'bathroom'. No shower, but flushing toilet and hot water provided on request with... More

This was my second trip to Ladakh in a couple of years and since we were going in peak season I was determined to see what was on offer outside of Leh town itself. Tsermang is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the backpacker and 3 idiots bustle of Leh town itself, and is located just to the... More

Thought I am a bit late writing this review, but better late than never. Me and My wife spend 3 nights at this Camp after our 10 day Himalaya's Trip to relax before we get back to Delhi. As we walked into the Camp, Laurige the owner walked us through the campsite and to our camp right beside the Indus... More

Apart from Leh, in a quiet area, this is the perfect place to relax or to stay after arriving in Ladakh to get used to the altitude. We had a tent just in front of the Indus river, enjoying an amazing and relaxing view. The tent is very cosy and well decorated, with a bed that is just sooo comfortable... More

Great location, right on the banks of the Indus River and super views of the mountains. Very nice and friendly service by the hosts Kamey, her sister and Lourige who do care for their clients. The tents are nicely furnished and comfortable. One great aspect is the concept of eco. Ladakh needs more camps like this. We had a great... More

Tsermang was just wonderful! We were WELL taken care of! Lolo and Camey did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable and well fed. The tents, the beds, the bathroom WITH TOILET Is purely lux camping and suited perfectly for our family of four. I know the stressors and fun to camping and this took all the stress OUT!... More

Fantastic. Extremely enjoyable stay. Made it our base camp while going around and luckily, we always came back to a fantastic tent and a lovely view on the indus banks. It was service with a smile and food was extremely good. Clean tents wrapped up the package, and the pollution free location; visibility of the stars and moon at night,... More

One of the best places we've ever stayed. The setting, a 10 min taxi ride from Leh, is spectacular. The tents - only nine - are extremely comfortable, and a great place to relax before or after your adventures in Ladakh. Before you book, it's important to understand the concept, as it's not for everyone. Some guests clearly show up... More

I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery of Ladakh. It's a genuine eco-resort too, not somewhere that just markets itself as environmentally friendly. The managers (a Frenchman and his Indian wife) are superb and knowledgeable hosts, the food is great, and the tents are tastefully decorated... More
