Spent 7 nights in the Grand Dragon, Leh, Ladakh, India. Surprisingly comfortable hotel with a brilliant staff. Nothing is less expensive n this remote high altitude dessert. The views are breathtaking. I stayed in suite 214 which has a balcony with a great view. Huge bathroom

My stay there was perfect.every thing was provided for. It was not really cold in September but still we needed some heat. The only problem was the oxygen due to the height and they couldn't do anything about it. you will find it all around Leh.

Hi, I just came back from laddakh and it's very hot and sunny. Please carry light winter jackets and lots of sunscreen, full sleeves cotton t shirts/ shirts, a wide brim hats and sunglasses. Since it's a dry climate don't forget to carry good moisturizer as well as lip balm
