Great Hotel which is right next to Elante mall. Staff was super courteous and rooms were spacious and clean. So chose the Lounge access, that provides you great food and drinks options from 6p-8p. Quite a few options for kids as well.
The stay was very good. The hotel is situated in Elante Mall and Office complex of Chandigarh and is the best located hotel in Chandigarh for a Business Visit. The rooms and the guest services are very good. The only disappointing thing was Breakfast Spread and the services provided tthere Huge upgrade is required. Please check with other hotels of the same category. Rest all the things are great.
What a wonderful experience at Hayat Chandigarh . I Must appreciate the hospitality and effort of Hayat staff for making the event successful . We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh for 3 nights in a suite. The service throughout the hotel was exceptionally personalized and attentive. My WoH status was well recognized. From warm welcome at check-in to great service at breakfast, we were very impressed with how staff paid attention to details. Restaurant manager Ankit and server Abhishek, amongst others, stood out by their exception service, accommodating our dietary needs, to prompt service. Same in the club lounge - service was attentive and professional. Staff at the hotel entrance was also friendly, professional, and attentive. Could not have asked for better service. There were a couple of issues in the room, when reported, were promptly fixed. The Director of Operations, Mr. Khanna, ensured the issues were addressed. We appreciate the service received at the hotel and will gladly return when in the area again.…
We had stayed from 11 to 14 September in Hyatt Chandigarh. We have always booked their balcony room whenever we have come. So didn't expect the bad experience this time. On 12 september, due to issue in washroom they did change the room on request. But the next room they gave had another issue, the cooling in the room was pretty bad. So the next day, we requested them to find what's the issue with the cooling, they did send a technician but he couldn't do anything about it for about 2 hours, then we called the front desk so that they do something about it, but again they took 2 hours to actually give a call back and the option they gave was to shift us to a lower category room, that too after calling them multiple times. After a argument with the night manager, we decided to shift back to the old room only. The whole experience was something I never expected out of a property where I have stayed multiple times over the years. So I just hope they improve on this or atleast not make someone wait for hours for a room change.…
