We travelled with 11 people aged 7 to 70 for a family holiday that included 3 grandparents, three kids under 13, one teenager and four 40+ parents. This place is just superb. Food is brilliant and very tasty. If you are hungry in this place its your own fault. Its a mixture of Fijian specialties with a fusion of indian,...

I travelled with my sister and two nieces (7 & 9), I'm delayed in posting this review, but I felt it important to put a review after such a fantastic time. We were in an oceanfront villa, but really the garden villas are not that far off the beach like other resorts. Having stayed for two nights in Denarau prior...

This resort is spectacular! And with the Daku Resort booked due to a large family reunion, our ability to be able to stay here one night was just amazing. I cannot put words to describe it really. During the weeks, I would be in Buca Bay working hard on water projects in Vunikura, Loa, and Buca, so the chance to...

This place really thought of everything. The food (included) was delicious with lots of options including some fusion Fiji and western dishes. The pristine pool was gorgeous and if you feel like swimming in the ocean there are lots of water sport options, including a snorkeling session with a marine biologist! The accommodations were beautiful and having the window blinds...

Most of teh staff are still brilliant, the food is still brilliant, but there have been some changes since our previous stays...no longer "Fiji" products in the room, just cheap hotel stuff. If your plane is cancelled you will be bundled off in a death defying bus ride to the other side of the island (in previous stays we were...

Fantastic if you have young children (0-5) and like the ideal of having a lovely Fijian nanny from sun up to almost midnight. Nannies and Bula Club (separate children area including pools & dining service) work well to keep young ones entertained. Service is very good and the Fijian people are very warm and friendly. It was listed as an...

We have recently returned from a 6 night stay.. already planning our return trip for next year. travelling with children can be hard work - not so at this resort! our 5 & 2 year olds loved the Bula Club, their nannies Beta & Linda were wonderful. While the kids were enjoying the Bula club my husband & I were...

Amazing place, especially for the parents of an active 3 year old! The nannies and kids club were fantastic, and allowed my wife and I to actually have a holiday and relax (as opposed to 'childcare elsewhere', which is what many family holidays end up becoming). The food was amazing, and the service so warm and friendly... I could go...

Our most recent trip to Cousteau was our second in as many years and third overall. Simply, Jean-Michel Cousteau resort is your own little piece of paradise. Having stayed in resorts all over the World, it is by far one of the best that we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Many people will be deterred by the extra-flight...

This was our 2nd stay at Jean-Michel Resort and our experiences last time led me to think I might have exaggerated how fantastic this resort was in my mind... But it was just as fantastic, actually this time better than last time. The style of resort is not your typical 'luxury' resort - not a 'Westin' or a 'Sheraton' -...
