Hotel is located near to center just near of everything you will need to buy as a gift; you need to walk like 10 min.
For me, hotel was so nice, I wanted some things different as I was going in business trip, i wanted small building, swimming Pool and internet ..Arrived at 11 o’clock in the morning and chick in was 14:00,
I have to wait until 14 o’clock and it was ok but at 12.30, receptionist called me to check in...wow unexpected!!!. He gave me main building and I asked if he can change for me, he showed main rooms and I choose room in Bungalow moreover outside it is old building but inside it is so nice
Food was good; all salads type like tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, eggplants, and carrots other more type of salads. There were always more difference Dishes for Lunch and Dinner.
The hotel has three bars and Two swimming pool(heated pool is near of Lobby and second one pool not heated ), but most amazing is sea and Animation team.
The staffs were so nice and helpful especially
Guest Relation are very kindly and friendly just like your family.
I miss already Hotel and hopefully I will be back to soon

Just returned from a two week stay at GBHotel on B&B terms.. Staff are welcoming and friendly, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Buffet breakfast is Russian oriented but maybe this will improve as more Uk visitors return to this hotel, but there is a great selection of salads and bakery . Ideally situated for dining out in in the many restaurants in Naama Bay (5 minute walk away) or at the hotels own Beach bar, Kookai, or Tam Tam Restaurant. The beach is fun if a little noisy for me, but the pool area was a haven of tranquility, and towels provided for hotel guests. Rooms are modern and comfortable and well serviced by the hard working cleaning staff.

Came to the hotel from Belarus
Hotel is not new, rooms as lucky, men's cleaning not every day, meals normal, fish, meat, fruit, vegetables, will not stay hungry
Water problem, you have to go to the reception to give a liter and a half per room
Stuff smile, line up
The area is not large, there is 1 swimming pool, it is practically never people
Beach area is large, good sand is clean, sunbeds are sufficient, towels are given on the beach
The entrance to the sea is child-friendly, there is a small reef where some fish swim
There's animation on the beach, aqua aerobics, charging in the water, volleyball, darts, yoga
Reception Russian speaking
There are two bars on the beach one paid second free
Good traffic interchange, easy and quick access to Soho and the old town
Lots of naama bay lots of cafes, shop and discos
I liked the rest.

I have stayed at the Ghazala Beach several times over the last 10yrs and this is by far my worst visit!
All I can say is avoid this place at all costs. It’s gone so badly downhill it’s unreal.
Rooms that are shoddy at best (intermittent water for a couple of days and when it did work – the hot water was almost boiling, definitely not safe for children! Aircon not working most of the time) a swimming pool that is surrounded by untreated concrete that’s falling apart (it used to be covered by AstroTurf) and a huge amount of broken tiles.
Forget the alternative 'relaxing pool' it's anything but! Absolutely vile smell around the pool means it's unusable.
Want to chill out at the beach - make sure you're well away from the speakers of the animation team as they assume everyone is completely deaf (which you almost are by the time you leave the beach!)
Avoid anything you don't watch being cooked in front of you, or anything that's been manhandled by other guests - or make sure you have a lot of Immodium!
I genuinely can’t tell you how utterly disappointed I am in what used to be a fantastic budget hotel.
The only thing that’s positive about this place are the very friendly staff.

We bought a 4 for the first time, read the reviews, but decided to go overseas.
We were not disappointed - the beach, the sea, the territory is well-groomed, staff are always ready to help if you have any questions, walking distance to the tourist street Naama Bay, a wonderful promenade!
I would like to especially note the work of the animators - wonderful
the girl Inna, who professionally conducted yoga and stretching classes, communicated pleasantly and nicely with everyone.
Fadi - in the morning he charged the whole beach with a wonderful selection of musical compositions and conducted water aerobics!
And two horezmatic guys - Lucas and Nicholas - carried out very funny and fun water aerobics - charged for the whole day!
Thank you guys!
For positivity and good mood!
I would also like to mention Kalita, who cleaned our room very well every day and always pleased us with figures made from towels.
I will say this - the price and quality match!
Go, recharge yourself with the sea and positivity!
Gulya and Irina

THE BEST HOTEL!
Relaxed in many hotels in Egypt, but this hotel enjoyed the most!
Ideal location - located on the first line, no crossing necessary! Very many beautiful trees and plants, well maintained large area.
The beach is bombastic! Smooth, clean sand, good water entry (safe even barefoot), although the reefs are very close to shore, huge number of fish, turtles.
The hotel has several bars, a large swimming pool.
Daily entertainment program with show and disco (many Russian songs) right next to the sea.
The room is very good: bright, with a balcony and a beautiful view, the staff is polite, always available to help in all matters.
Animators organize memorable Trips to the city's Discotheques and Water Dancing on the Beach!
Special thanks to administrator Sara (helped in solving all problems, advised the best places in the city, extremely pleasant to communicate and a very beautiful woman!) and tour organizer Mamadou (kind, smart, Russian speaking, incendiary, advised the most interesting tours at very good prices and showed all the beauty of the reefs on the hotel beach!!!)
I will definitely come to this hotel with the whole family!!!
A place you want to go back to over and over again, and leaving is really sad!

Ghazala beach hotel i suggest only for pensioners, they are not demanding… the best was chief cook Mohamed, and Olga- guest relations, they made my short vacation 4 days bearable in this hotel. Ghazals beach hotel needs big and quick renovation to attract more travellers. A cake from chief cook for my boyfriend on his birthday in our room.

First the pros:
- excellent beach, gentle sea, beautiful fish
- new mattresses on sunbeds
- friendly, competent, sociable girl Sarah, translator and solver of all issues
- competent and understanding receptionists Haysem and Ahmed
- excellent location of the hotel (near the promenade, close to Carfure and the Old Town by minibus)
All!
Now the cons:
- the number of rooms is dead, the sockets stick out from the walls, to charge the phone you need to prop the charger up with a bedside table
- water flows from the shower just enough so that it can be rubbed over the body, i.e. You don’t wash with water, you rub yourself
- flush the toilet - you’ll flush out a small need, but a big one... I had to cut off the head of one and a half and flush it out...
- food - hug and cry... I don’t have enough symbols to describe this event, unpretentious people like me will do... you can even knock out meat and chicken for yourself (!)
I don’t know why they give stars, but my rating is 3 stars and that’s only for the beach and location. There is no need to compare with Turkey, there it will be a deuce in Makhmudovka.

The hotel is very run down, the rooms are shabby, the furniture is broken, the locks are broken. The renovation is in poor condition. There is no cleanliness, the food is terrible, the choice is small, very rationed. The hotel does not have evening programs or children's animations. The staff is trying, although they themselves understand that the hotel is bad. The only plus is its own beach, sand, sandy seabed.
Sun loungers and umbrellas were broken on the beach.
I’ll add one more plus - the location: the very center along the hotel’s pedestrian alley, where in a few minutes you are in the center, there are many cafes and shops around.
I won’t come here a second time and I won’t recommend it to others. The owner should give up: radical changes are needed

We were with my wife one day in February and - however we did know this hotel - the whole hotel was down. The food , the service everything. So we were a bit afraid to reserve 2 weeks in July for an October stay. And in mid October we arrived in another hotel! The October Ghazala Beach could not be compared with the Ghazala Beach in February! The food and service have improved tremendously! One can say that 4* level! Personally I would like to say thanx to Mr Mohamed Saber who is working in this hotel for long time and going through all the positions now he is FOM of the hotel. One should add he has deserved is totally. The guys in the restaurant are working also hard ( slepping less than 5 hours per day). The beach boys have tried to do their best, too. Really thanx for everything . Some critical moments - it is the time already to provide the cleaning staff with vacuum cleaner and the floor carpit on the corridors needs replacing. But as I can see the improvement of the hotel is on going so I will return for sure!
