Shedwan Garden is a very nice place. Looks a bit old fashion, but has a very warm atmosphere. The room was good. We stayed in the main building so we had a sea view and enjoyed the sunrise every day. The service is really good. For day trips you can find Ahmed in the lobby. He is amazing for everything... More

This hotel benefits from a great location as it's right by the beach and generally the outside looks quite luxurious, however, those are the only good points I have to say about this hotel. The rooms are very basic and dated and most of the staff only do things for you in return for tips which is not a very... More

This hotel looks nice no the main grounds and quite luxurious but the rooms are not as well kept and pretty grubby, particularly the bathroom. The pool is OK but not that big considering the occupancy but the beach is quite nice. However, it is VERY ANNOYING with the workers always expecting a tip from you for setting up the... More

Staff very helpfull, yes they look for tips, we would too if we were paid a pound a day, for a 12hr shift. A few coppers a... More

The hotel is good for all kinds of vacation for both mature people as well as for young, because the hotel is located not far from the center, so it is easy to go out even every night. The staff is really friendly and the service is on a very good level. The food is nice and various. Wish to... More

I stayed there last summer and found the staff courteous, the food nice and the pool and area well maintained. Dont be fooled this is NOT a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star but not that perfect. It was quiet and near the beach but the sea is very salty and it was too hot to stay by the beach.... More

We arrived at the Shedwan Garden hotel... or the 'prison cell' on 6th april 2010 and were horrified to be told by the unhelpful reception staff, that the hotel is in the process of shutting down for renovation! This meant that almost all of the facilities that had made us want to come to the Shedwan Garden were in fact... More
