owners are not very helpful, The rooms are large, the air-conditioning finally cools down at night. We had no hot water until we complained twice and then I think they turned it off again. Walk up stairs to rooms so not handicapped accessible. Ants all over the room.

When we arrived at the hotel the bedsheets were dirty, there were ants in the bed and a cockroach in our room. The AC-fan had never been dusted. Not a good first impression... The staff was not very welcoming, not as much as a smile og offering to help us with our luggage up the stairs ( no lift). On...

We ended up here as a result of a guide we met at the airport, Freddy. Just as advertised with hot water and air conditioning, both luxuries on the island! Within walking distance of everything! Staff were kind and friendly.

The pictures look inviting, but do not reflect reality. Pool not kept well. Family owned hotel. Kids in hotel area. Teenagers somewhat helpful. Polite but noisy. From rooms you could hear all the noise from dining area. Wi Fi a joke. Could not connect from rooms. Staff not always available. Also goes by the name Galápagos Islands Hotel

This place is perfect if you want to relax from exploring the islands all day, the service is good and its a good place to meet other travelers. The rooms were clean and the bed confy, will recommend the place with other travelers for sure.

Casa Natura, also known as Galapagos Island Hotel, has large rooms, comfy beds, but terrible air conditioning. This is not some backwater, but the most populous town in the Galapagos, and our time there was spent in an uncomfortable, stuffy room. Why advertise AC when there is nothing resembling it? The teenagers at the desk seemed supremely bored with our...

Stayed three nights, rooms spotlessly clean, friendly staff with some english. Breakfast is fairly basic (and never ready at 7 in the morning). Pool had water that was not very inviting. Came to the hotel after dinner one night and wanted a beer, but could find no staff present..

If you are traveling to enjoy the nature and be relax... this is not the place. There was no one to control the people "kids" that were there, rooms were very basic, like a barn like. Doors were very cheap and TV old (Not LCD). I understand that you go to Galapagos not to be in the room, but when...

A basic no-frills room that was kept very clean as well as the rest of the casa. Excellent buffet breakfast served from 7 to 9 each morning, and earlier by arrangement when we had a booked tour that left at 7 am. I agree with the other reviews: very convenient to town (about a 10 minute easy walk). Front desk...

As part of our study abroad program to the Galapagos Islands, we have stayed at the Galapagos Hotel twice in the past two years, each time for a month long period. The accommodations have been good and the staff has been excellent and very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we have very much enjoyed our time there....
