Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Waited 45 mins to even be recognized by an attendant after a jackpot hit. POOR service that night. 3 females working moving like snails. Put 2 bags in valet. Told by the guy there, we don’t charge for valet, so you can just tip in cash when you pick them up. Pay your employees more so they don’t ask for a tip. NO TIP on that one. New boss so maybe she can fix some things.

Spent two nights at Caesars. Despite being Diamond Plus last year and Platinum this year, charged $15 to check in two hours early. Nickel and dime process. No reasonably priced places to eat. Casino nowhere near as busy as Hard Rock or Ocean on the same days. Live music and multiple casual dining options at Hard Rock and almost daily promotions at Ocean with an entire section (The District) offering casual, reasonably priced dining. Gamble and eat expensive meals at Caesars...not really an entertainment venue.

I loved my trip but the machines were so tight . The last dozen times I have been I lost and played hard . I haven’t had a pay out in the last 7 times . That is sad when you play so hard . I love going to Caesar’s but just don’t like the fact that I don’t win . Last time I got NO comp money . When I checked out they had taken ALL MONEY for food without my permission. That’s not right . I got it straight but it shouldn’t have ever happened . A lot of people I talked to were also dissatisfied. Otherwise I had a good time with my friends and he lost a lot of money as well . Thank you and have a Blessed day .

Stayed in the newly renovated tower - Centurion. We loved it. Very clean. I liked the upgrades. The bed was very comfortable as some hotel beds can be hard and difficult to sleep in. We ate at Morton’s and the food was delicious - nice atmosphere. I think Caesars is one of the nicer casinos in Atlantic City.

We love the way it always smells nice in the casinos and the rooms are so comfortable -we do wish there eere more 3-card poker tables available-the few tables that are available are always full and then we have to go to tropicana-you definitely need new slot machines

Just when you think Caesars can't go lower, they do. We went to the Laurel Lounge and found out all they offer now is a plastic cup of potato chips and nuts, no food. Do they expect people to gamble here for potato chips? The host at the door said they stopped food Jan 1st. Ridiculous. Do better for players!

Per my rewards membership the room was listed as a Comp on the web site. However I was charged $39 resort fee? Also I checked in at 2:30 and was charged $17 for early check-in. Room had no decaf coffee and when I asked the maid in the hallway she had none and didn't offer to get any. Also found out that night that the room had no wash cloths and the hot water in the shower was tepid at best. Very poor hospitality overall.

Corporate greed has taken over Caesars! Ever since Caesars has taken over from Total Rewards, everything has gone downhill. Comps have been seriously reduced; the quality of food at the restaurants has declined and no recent upgrades have been made to rooms. Now, Caesars has taken food away from all people who have earned the privilege of having access to their Laurel Lounges (and don’t respond by saying that you are at least providing “light snacks” as a bowl of peanuts is as insulting as a bag of them on an airplane)! Quit focusing on profits, and start focusing on your customers. Until that happens, you are losing my business along with the business of 12 of my friends, so far, who have all joined forces to become members at a different property. Profits over customer service is NEVER good!

June 2023 - 2:30 AM the room flooded in the Centurion. They "upgraded" us until the morning, and considered that compensation, along with a "compensation for a day in the future". Fast forward to two days ago when I tried to redeem this. On the phone for 2 hours, they denied the compensation until eventually they put us in the forum tower. From the beginning, you can tell this is a disgusting part of the building. I've been coming to the Ceaser for years though (not that they seem to care about that unless you are a high roller) and gave it a shot. Woke up to something crawling on me. Lights on, 8-9 roaches all over the room scattering. Left at 5 in the morning due to this, and the front desk told us that "nothing can be done, the room will just be put into out of order as they usually are in these circumstances." STILL had to pay the 40 dollars in resort fees, and she brushed me away. This is the final time I will be staying here, and will be sure to post this review in other outlets. There are GREAT alternatives all over AC to OC, go anywhere else.
