It's great to see a property with a historic background like Resorts, the first casino licensed outside of Las Vegas and formerly a hospital serving our military from several wars, re-purposed and making an economic contribution to Atlantic City. The Art Deco design has survived well and makes the hotel as inviting as one expects it to be. The casino is well kept and inviting and I was kept in play for longer than I was at other casinos with the same amount budgeted and spent. I found the machines I liked and usually play at other casinos and passed a lot of time being entertained and not feeling financially raped. There are also many food choices on the property with variety and reasonable prices. And the generous food comps helped defray the cost. I was surprised to get these since I had not visited in a couple of years and spent very little on my last visit. The staff was accessible and accomodating and all in all were doing a good job. I did have trouble getting my drink order, a diet coke, filled in a timely fashion and the music got a little loud at times with selections designed for a younger crowd. But I am going back in two weeks and feel it is worth the drive from Boston where Massachusetts casinos provide less amenities and excitement. I recommend Resorts and hope they continue to do well.

Just returned from a few days here. Beware rooms are not as pictured on the website. I called downstairs to ask where the rest of our bathroom was when we saw our room. There was a walk in closet in our room that was bigger than the bathroom. The shower was also the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel before. As far as the casino, machines were so tight couldn’t win $10. I was sent a folder offering $10 free play each day, I was only able to access it one day. There was also a free gift if you played in the casino and got 5 tier points, went to promotion desk and was told I had 4 tier points and needed 1 more, played more and went back again for my gift, the lady then told me I had no points and hadn’t played yet to get any!!! Whatever!!!! The even worst part is the Quick Bites area, god forbid you want you actually want to sit down at one of the tables!!! They are filthy, never being wiped off by anyone, trust me we waited to see if one became available and even asked at one of the eatery’s for someone to wipe a table, never happened. Very poor in regular times let alone during COVID. Also, our keys to our our room got deactivated, had to go down to the front desk to resolve the issue, associate behind the counter got smart with us with her manager standing right beside her. As you can imagine we will never be back!!!!

The room and location was fine the only problem getting in and our of shower the tub was high and there was no handle to climb in. You had to get in the tub from the back of the tub so you had to put on the water inside the tub.

Staff was amazing especially at entrance bus terminal. Casino and room was gorgeous but I was offered Ocean View and got a View to the Hard Rock Hotel and a roof top. The coffee maker was also taken because of Covid??? But the place is gorgeous and the pool was great and again the Hot Tub Closed which that was my main purpose. When I called I was told it was opened. Next time I wil make sure I get what I paid for. But hey I made the best out of it. Its a great place.
