I honestly can't understand why this hostel isn't packed? I got in quite late and really friendly guy checked me in and gave me a map of Santa Marta, he showed to my room and gabe me a frrsh fruit juice which was a really nice touch. All of the staff were absolutely great and anytime I asked them something...

I stayed several nights (1 night before hiking to the lost city, one night after the hike, then one night after Tayrona). Two of the nights I was lucky enough to have the dorm to myself and the friend I was traveling with. Excellent location, and staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that due to lack of A/C,...

Overall hostel was OK. Though when I was cutting an onion in the kitchen, the knife I was using randomly broke (clearly the knife was very low quality and it was not my fault.) The man working there told me I must go buy a new one, very rudely, and justified this command by saying that other tenets had stolen...

Stayed here one night. The place is quite shabby and poorly maintained. Quality of sleep was not very high due to uncomfortable mattresses and no aircon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the proprietor of this hostel has set a lot of rules. I understand the necessity for rules in a hostel, but many of the ones implemented here...

It'cheap, staff is helpful, breakfast is good for a free one. the dorm was hot, but not impossible to sleep. location is centric and i didn't feel any danger there. the only thing is that they are quite strict about their rules and they have ridiculously many of them! but usually this will not be a problem and in one...

I stayed here for one night and the place is not great in general. Not a great vibe and fairly downtrodden. However, what really was unpleasant was I booked for one night and did not realize there was a mistake in the booking in the morning. When I explained to them there was a mistake they already charged my credit...

I felt like i was home here, great staff, nice breakfast for the price. And you can book the lost city trek through the hostel. Highly reccommended. The location is also great, the water is a couple of blocs down the street great for sunsets not for swimming. The beds are cozy but it is soo hot. Fans are provided...

I stayed here three nights with a friend and we were so happy to have discovered this little place! It's a great location to the main street, the beach, restaurant and bar strip and supermarket. Best of all breakfast is included and the price of the dorms is cheapest I've seen in santa Marta! Now it gets very hot at...

I stayed here for two nights. On arrival, I was given a juice and a biscuit - which was most welcome after the long, cold, sleepless bus journey from Medellin. Daniel is very helpful. Nero, the dog is crazy and the cat and turtle and chilled. The rooms are big and beds are comfortable. It's nice to have your own...
