It's the second time that i come to this hotel and it was just as memorable as the previous one, the staff was amazing and very helpfull, the rooms were very comfortable the bes was amazing, flat screen, the bathroom was small but very clean, one thing they should think about is painting the room walls because there were a... Very unique resort, most of the rooms are actually built in the ocean. There are other little islands to visit close by, by boat or a water motor. I gave it a 3 star because of the fact that one has to wake up very early to stand in impossible line to make a restaurant reservation, and most of the... More

First that all have to say that I am a frequent flyer and my review of the trip is with knowledge on an establishment of this type. First upon arrival, they made us go to a meeting room to make check-in, which was full of people and only one person attending. After a wait of more than one hour, we... More

This is a nice hotel located in a very nice place, San Andres Island Colombia. The hotel has positive aspects and negative issues as everything in the life. The positive is the location, located in the Caribbean sea San Andres is a very nice place. The sea is wonderful, maybe the best sea in Colombia. The hotel facilities are nice... More

We stayed at this resort one week, from march 17th to march 24th. Didn't know what to expect because of all the bad reviews but this trip end up to be one of the best trip we ever had! The resort itself is a one of a kind concept, with the ultimate ocean view. Grounds, lobby, pool, rooms, everything is... More

The only worthwhile thing in this called resort is the amazing view to the Caribbean Sea. The food and attendance are awful. The structure is poor with the rooms smelling old fish, coming from the kitchen. There's no way to make dinner reservations, even at 8am! And the staff doesn't care about how they treat you.

I went to San Andrés to dive with my husband. The reception on the hotel was good and they provided us some lunch even before the check-in. The bedroom was simple, but clean and organized. We had a great view from our balcony, really breath taking. The hotel is an all inclusive hotel, so we we didn't have to pay... More

One of the best hotels in San Andres. Dreamy ideal landscape, is right there on the ocean, so panoramic ocean views form the rooms that have it. The food good, but did not like the “all included”. This is for you if you don’t mind to eat in their general buffet style restaurant every day 3 times a day, because... More

After hearing comments from other people who'd been to this hotel, I wasn't really expecting to find all the comfort and standard you might expect at these kinds of resorts in other places like Mexico or Punta Cana, but I was still disappointed with this hotel. The service was overall bad, we had problems with our room and didn't really... More

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location within walking distance of downtown. The rooms are in circular buildings on the water and each floor had 4-5 rooms. The rooms are basic (3*) with a shower. Minimal toiletries. There is a balcony overlooking the Caribbean. Meals are all inclusive at the 4 restaurants The negatives--The door is extremely thin... Official Description (provided by the hotel)
In the midst of an Antillean environment, this resort has an exceptional architecture with circular towers overlooking the sea at ‘Punta Hansa’ – at the northern end of the Island of San Andres – which allow for wonderful panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. These buildings are alongside a long wooden dock that leads to a natural pool in the sea and with an aquatic platform ideal for snorkeling and other water sports. The Decameron Aquarium is located approximately 10 minutes from the airport and is a well sought out location for tourists since the longest and most beautiful beach of the island is located only a few blocks away, surrounded by a boardwalk, parallel to a commercial area with restaurants, discos and the most exclusive bars. You will enjoy an enchanting paradise that can be explored completely on foot and where a cultural mixture of English, Spanish, Pirates and Corsairs can be explored. ... more   less
