Excellent location is pretty good by Parques del Rio. Extremely convenience. Room are extremely small but confortable. Parking available free of charge, breakfast was included in the price I paid. The staff are ok, as Colombian & US Citizen they reject my tax exception without a valid reason since I travel a lot worldwide and always get no tax. However, the hotel experience was great.

Comfortable rooms for 1 or maximum 2 people, TV, air conditioning, desk, good space in the bathroom. The staff service is friendly and willing. My mom and I stayed at the ibis and we are so glad we did. It is in a safe neighbourhood. The staff as great although most don’t speak nglish. The location as very good. 45 min walk to old part .
