Quite cool, modern boutique hotel with around 20 rooms of various types. Love the internal spiral staircase. Ours was a superior with semi open bathroom and walk in shower and a juliette balcony on the 5th floor with good views of a part of the city. Bed was very comfy and room had air con.
The location, IMO, is perfect as in a quiet leafy street, but only 10 mins walk to El Poblado metro station and a few minutes to lots of eateries and bars. It's a touristy area but not in a bad way and it feels very safe.
Staff are young, friendly and helpful and speak some English. A shout out to Santiago on reception, especially, who came to our aid when our tour guide didn't show up.

Hi Mlezcano, We regret that your experience at our hotel was not the better one. We do have policies regarding the Non Smoking inside the hotel, this policies are displayed on each one of the rooms and on the register card you sign at the check in it says about the fee for this cases. We will review the way the front desk agent explain you the fee to improve it for a future and provide a better service.

Courtesy water must be obtained at reception -- if you drink the identical water found in the room, there is a charge.
At the included breakfast, I was told that I couldn't have a third coffee refill because the hotel was busy and they had to limit consumption (in Colombia, the world capital of coffee). I went to a café down the block to buy a coffee.
No bar soap, only liquid pump. I bought my own bar of soap at a pharmacy.

It is one of the best hotels where I have stayed, its perfect location makes it an excellent place, it is surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies and much more.
The room was beautiful, you can see that they take care of every detail, it is very quiet throughout, so you can rest.
The staff is spectacular, from the girls at the reception Daniela and Gabriela, the people in the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, all the staff is super trained.

With the hotel in terms of its room and services, everything is good, as expected from a hotel of its price, however we chose this hotel for its category of being pet friendly but it is far from being pet friendly, we brought with us our 8 month old puppy who has a special diet, we asked the reception to freeze his food which came in a closed, clean and airtight container, they told us there was no problem, that was in the morning and when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon That night they delivered the thawed food to us, they told us that it was no longer possible to keep the food in the freezer and that was why they had taken it out, obviously the food was already damaged, the hotel was not able to notify us that they would take out the food even though they had our number, this caused us to have to look for food daily for our dog, which ended up making him sick. It also happened to us with our pet that we arrived early one day at the hotel, probably just after cleaning the room, and the duvet and pillows were super wet, I called reception thinking it was a mistake in drying the bedding, however when they went up to check they informed me that my sheets are extra wet with the disinfectant because we have a dog in the room, I I explained that the dog doesn't go up to the bed because we take his bed with us, but they continued doing it anyway. The hotel has a very good bar at the top, but when you want to rest all the noise can be heard in the rooms even with everything closed.

Location was great and breakfast was excellent. The only thing I was very disappointed with is the fact I booked a junior suite, paid extra money for a room with a jacuzzi in the terrace, that I was unable to use during my short 3 night stay. They have to send someone to your room to open the cold water, the jacuzzi only has scalding hot water. Then once they fill it up with some cold water, you have to call them back so they can come back to your room to shut off the valve on the tub. Or they leave you to do the work while you’re on vacation. It wasn’t as easy as it sounds. My husband attempted to do this. But by this time the moment had passed and was ruined… the next evening we were way too tired from our excursions to contact the desk again to set up our jacuzzi for us. Never heard of this in the US or any country I’ve visited. Also, there are no robes in the quite small room. I paid a lot of money in comparison to a more simple room (which is a scary thought) than the one I had. Overall, I liked the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great.

We are a group of nine friends and stayed at this property which, despite having great potential in terms of design and panoramic views from the rooftop, has unfortunately disappointed expectations in many fundamental aspects of hospitality.
At the time of check-in, the staff seemed completely disorganized, initially claiming to have no trace of Reservation. Subsequently, we were allocated an insufficient room for the number of guests expected, resulting in the need to independently rearrange the accommodations. Upon entering the rooms, we found that the hygiene conditions were unacceptable: sheets and towels had obvious stains and were free of any scent of clean. Despite our report, the new towels provided to us were in the same condition, without any improvement over the previous ones. Finally, at Check-out, we were asked to settle the bill for a dinner and drinks we had never ordered or consumed, generating further frustration.

Gabrielle and Danielle are great. They were very helpful in providing transportation. All I have to say is that there was water coming through the ceiling into my bathroom and I was getting wet when I used the toilet. We communicated with the front desk. They came to take a look at it, but it seemed the problem had not been solved. I had a picture on my bedroom ledge. That was my religious idol and it seems the cleaning staff wasn't happy about it and they changed it. I understand that everyone has their own beliefs as I am a Hindu and I would appreciate it if you would not touch things like that in my room. It would also be helpful to replenish the floor towel and a face towel along with a hairdryer. I know it's a little different, but these are just recommendations for the next time in the future.
