My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 days on a short trip to Medellín. As others mention, it's nothing out of the extraordinary but the rooms are spacious with a great bed and up-to-date bathroom. The breakfast, however, is average with limited...More

Dear Martin P,
We feel greatful about your commentaries, if you come back to Medellin our doors are always open to attend you.
We stood at the BH Medellin and had a bad experience with the rude front
desk clerk Luis Miguel.
The hotel is ok, nothing jumps out at you, except that this individual

I couldn't sleep! The windows are not noise-proof and the rooms have a view over the one of most congested motorways in Medellin. It is a shame because the service is good as well as the rooms are very comfortable.

Hi, actually this shouldnt be a problem, just let them know that you will arrive late before via mail or phone. There is always someone at the reception in this hotel but what most hotels do, especially if they are fully booked, is that they book a no show when you arrive later than 18.00pm. They are allowed to do this and avoid having empty rooms when they are fully booked. If you tell them that you arrive late, they will not do this. Enjoy your time in Medellin!
