Great hostel owned by French Vincent with free breakfast. One 6 dorm and 5 double private room. It is clean and safe with 2 sweet dogs around. Then very close to the metrostop Floresta. After 22/23 o clock is the hostel quite. So good hostel for active days.

Breakfast is great (though an absence of milk for coffee over 3 days was surprising) and the space is comfortable. Location right next to La Floresta station is great. Don't stay here if the sight of shirtless Frenchmen lounging around all day and the smell of dog on old furniture bothers you!

If you are looking to party all day/night with young backpackers this place is NOT for you! Located in the quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood of La Floresta, this hostel is a sanctuary in Medellin. It is run by an affable Frenchman who prepares a wonderful breakfast - included with the nightly rate (omelette, fresh fruit saldad, juice, bread, coffee). This...

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hostel in May for two nights. There were no privates left as it was busy so we slept in the 6 bedroom dorm (which was no problem as its not a party hostel so it was an extremely good nights sleep). From the minute we walked in we were greeted by the owner...

This is a great hostel with the best free breakfast and in a good location. Heads-up it will cost you $15.000 pesos to take a taxi from the south bus terminal and $9.000 from the north bus terminal. The north bus terminal you have the option of taking the Metro, Vince will give you details. Enjoy your stay, I did.

I really enjoyed my time at the Yellow House Hostel. Vincent was very welcoming and so were his two big dogs Badias and Tomas. Tomas thought he was a big bad dog barking at passersby but he was the sweetest dog once you were in the house. And Badias was always lounging around. Vincent made breakfast every morning consisting of...

Very nice hostel. I recommend it for travelers with a tight budget The 6 bed dorm is affordable( 20 000 per night) , very clean. Beds are comfortable. Nights are quiet. The place is really nice, quiet and enables travelers to rest far from the party nights. The included breakfast is really good, and tasty ( eggs, coffee, juce, fresh...

This is a quiet little hostel in a good neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, bars and 2 blocks from a metro station that can take you most everywhere you want to go in the city. There is a 6 bed dorm and 5 privet rooms. A good kitchen with all the necessities and a microwave, very nice bed sheets, laundry,...

We stayed for 4 nights in Medellin and fortunately met a nice crowd at this hostel. Its a bit out of town but quiet and near to a free outdoor swimming pool (passport, speedos and hat required). On the morning after our arrival the owner was not particularly welcoming and aside from giving us a map did little else to advise...

I recommend calling to confirm the availability of space for the duration of your trip. I enjoyed my stay but had to leave earlier than anticipated because of a reservation recieved after my arrival. Vincent was very nice, while Jero was a handful at times. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Fresh fruit and juices changed while eggs...
