The staff at the front desk asked me to pay a separate transaction 'for the government'. I did not realise that tourists did not need to pay this tax. They refused to provide a receipt for it. Basically the staff of the hotel are ripping off new arrivals. Otherwise the hotel is OK... just very loud at night.

Great location in Poblado, close to the craziness that is Parque Lleras, but removed enough to be quiet and tranquil. Breakfast, or evening drinks on the rooftop is simply wonderful. Great views, and a smiling gorilla! So many restaurants and bars in crawling distance. I liked the modern industrial decor, with polished concrete and steel. Big spacious room, great plumbing,...

This hotel is clean , And a great location. I have been reading the other reports about this hotel Being loud I have stayed at many hotels and it's no different then any other hotel that is in a location where you can walk to everything . I had no problem sleeping with the little bit of the street noise...

We stayed in the art hotel for 3 nights and for the price it is good value. It's comfortable, clean and the breakfast on the rooftop is a great way to start the day. The downside is it is quite noisy as it's in the party district. The decor is very industrial but not in a quirky shoreditch/NYC way, the...

I booked my stay at the Art Hotel based on TA reviews and it is in line with most reviews. The hotel is as the name states a boutique style hotel, that is clean, neat, friendly and in a great location. The area around the hotel held a day of interest for me with trips outside the area much more...

The front desk asks tourists to pay tax separately to the bill. They will not provide a receipt for this. Tourists do not need to pay a further 20% tax. In addition to this the hotel is very loud. Food is poor. Staff are miserable and poorly trained. Do not stay here.

Well maintained modern hotel and nicely decorated. Great bar on the rooftop for breakfast and evening drinks with city view. Spacious room and comfortable beds. I would recommend to stay here and enjoy the environment with a lot of nice bars and restaurants in the area. English speaking reception.

Noise I stayed in room 409 - above reception with windows facing out on the street. I read the reviews here before I left, so I knew to bring ear plugs and some noise cancelling headphones. With these, I had no problems. The location of the hotel, in the heart of Poblado, and the hard surfaces that characterize the warehouse...

We picked this hotel bc of its proximity to things and it's ratings/cost Overall great hotel - clean, organized, close walking distance to places we wanted to go. Free breakfast buffet offered in the morning. Courteous staff. One major negative was they were doing construction on the roof deck and that noise was very disturbing
