Rango hostel has the perfect location in Poblado Park and is walking distance from Parque Lleres. The facility and rooms are clean and feature an urban modern decor. I stayed in dooms which included spacious lockers and individual fans. I always had hot water for my showers. There are several places within Rango to chill out, from the rooftop pool to the ground level walk out patio- plenty of options. The staff were not only incredibly helpful, they were also very friendly. For example, I was there over a weekend while Medellin was in quarantine and Lori helped me practice my Spanish and we all hung out together. Another staff member, Niko, helped find other people to go on a bus tour to Guatupe the next day even though he was already finished with his workday. If you are lucky, Dani will share some of his awesome music playlist! Thanks Rango staff for such a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area around the hostel is fun to explore and the park out the back door is wonderful for a morning stroll. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a private double room and would stay there again!

Arrived after 27hours of flying from aus and staff were very helpful. Even with my small amount of Spanish we were able to book tours through the hostel and everything was great. Also they have clean water available in a cooler in the hostel.

Best hostel i've ever been to. So much offered to the guests. really helpful staff with lots of tips for medellin and around! Very nice restaurant with a good menu and a nice outside seating area. Great place to meet new people and to have evening drinks at the bar. I highly recommend this hostel. My fiance and I had one of the private rooms which was very tidy and and spacious. Value for price was excellent. Looking forward to the next time we get to stay there.
