My partner and I had a private double room which was pretty spacious, clean and the bed was amazing, I hadn't slept that well since I left home. Both the day and night staff are bi-lingual and super helpful. Anything you need to know is quickly sorted out, there are plenty of options in regards to tours and most, including...

The hostel is in a nice quiet location near restaurants, shops and a large supermarket. Our private en-suite room was clean and had a nice view. We booked for a week originally but ended up staying for ten days. It's a nice chilled out hostel. Staff are very helpful, but the star of the show is Yadi the Spanish tutor...

Facilities are in need of maintenance! Lots of deteriorated walls in showers and in the room I was accommodated. Attention by staff (including cleaning crew) was top as was the supply of paper in bathrooms. I did not like that smoking is allowed in common areas and non smokers can't avoid getting thru (like right next to the main exit).

This is a big hostel. I mean big. But it have a friendly and chilled atmosphere. You can definitely find your crowd here. The reception staff is friendly and the free coffee is good. Black sheep has maybe a perfect location. 5-10 minutes to Parque Lleras and its surrounding. And just a few minutes to the metro station to downtown....

We stayed at the black sheep after coming from the coffee region in Manazalis. We were travelling in a group of four and booked two private rooms. We arrived and we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. She explained everything we needed to know and things to do in the town. The rooms were great, clean, spacious and with WiFi...

Booked into this hostel as the main ones in the centre were fully booked. Staff were very friendly. Appearances somewhat dilapidated in areas. Appears tired and run down. No breakfast provided. Good communal spaces! Nice sociable vibe. Although didn't get to try, BBQ on Sundays. Reasonably priced. Felt the need to move on from the hostel as it was easier...

I actually stayed here twice on both my visits to Medellin, and both times were brilliant. It has a great location in El Poblado - close to the Metro and close to the Zona Rosa and some malls. It is fairly quiet too unlike other Poblado hostels so you can sleep well and also party nearby. It has a good...

After a long bus ride this was the exact place we needed. In a great area of Medellin this hostel really is like a hotel. Stayed in a double room, which had a tv and bathroom. Very nicely decorated and quiet for a hostel. The kitchen is a little small so get in at the right times. Staff are friendly...

Black Sheep is a really nice hostel with a good atmosphere. It is clean, with a great kitchen and good social areas (courtyard, terrace and tv room). The beds were comfortable, the location was pretty good (less than 10 minute walk to the metro which could take you anywhere) and the staff were friendly. The only issue was the bathroom....
