Myself and my sister stayed here for 10 days 21 Oct- 31st October. My dad was getting married in a church close to our hotel on the 29th. The staff was absolutely amazing, very kind and always spoke. Even though our spanish was little and poor they made every effort to speak. On a night they watched us across the...

Do not be fooled by old reviews of this hotel, it seems things have changed. I booked this hotel however when I turned up it was not at all like the pictures and was very unclean and noisy. The room was disgusting so I told the receptionist I couldn't stay there. He told me it was no problem and assured...

The atmosphere is one similar to a hospital waiting room. The two staff are incredibly unhelpful and uninterested. They simply went to no effort to help us at all. The owner even got unhappy when I requested an extra towel. The rooms are a bit dark and there is a distinct lack of cleaning. And they speak absolutely no English...

I had stayed here two years ago and it had been an okay experience, so I decided to save money on my trip this time by staying here again. The sheets had cigarette burns and it was pretty noisy but the staff was friendly, there was free wifi, and no one was stealing stuff from people's rooms, so there wasn't...

Stayed here for four nights. There has been blaring music from the neighbors majority of the time. One night it was until 5 am. I asked for a different room and they said no. We needed a couple extra pillows they said no. Overall it's been the worst hotel experience of my life, which sucks because I paid a little...

The room was clean/basic. No hot water but you won't need it definitely. Taking a cold shower is better due to the humidity. 10 minute walk to the walled city. The rooms have a refrigerator. No English speaking staff as old reviews mentioned. But the front desk people went out of their way to help. Cafe Lunatica is closeby for...

I was backpacking and found this a clean, basic and cheap option. It is about a ten minute walk to the walled city. The rooms are very basic but it did have a refrigerator. I do not speak Spanish so communicating with the staff was a little difficult but they went out of their way to help. They even provided...

I've been staying in Hotel Pedregal for about a week now. I was influenced to stay here by some of the earlier reviews. Certainly the price was right, however, things seem to have changed some and not necessarily for the better. They used to have a rooftop cafe but that seems to be unused for quite some time. I've read...

I was here with my gf for one night. We had one delayed bag and the onwer helped us a lot to solve this issue with the airport! Generally, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is right in the center of the old town and you can explore the city from here by foot. The rooms got tv, ac...

The location was excellent. We walk every day two or three times from the hotel to the Old City. The price ($48 was very good!). The staff is very friendly including the owner.
