Beautiful place inside the walled City, although small, is very comfortable, clean and cool. Delicious breakfast and most of all very helpful staff. Patricia my very favorite, such a sweet girl, Marlene and Julieta also very nice. A little over priced but worthy 💕

This was a great place for my wife and I to stay. We stayed a full 11 days because we really wanted to get to know Cartagena and we were always happy to come back to relax here. Rooms were cleaned WELL every day with a smile. A good breakfast was served every morning of tortillas with meat and veggies...

The best part about Casa Gloria is the staff. Patrcia, Marlene, Julieta, and Ever were the nicest staff we could have asked for. Julieta works the front and helped us find places to eat, gave us tips on traveling around the city, and always welcomed us in and out of the hotel. The hotel itself has a cute courtyard with...

Great pool, friendliest staff, awesome breakfast, cold air conditioning, fun pool table, beautiful balcony, fantastic location - really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it! I recommend checking out nearby San Diego Plaza for some nice restaurants.

The hotel is in the heart of the historic zone of the city. The building is very attractive with lots of knick knacks and trinkets adorning the public areas. The staff are very friendly and the breakfasts were good. The rooms are a bit basic, but mainly because of size limitations imposed by the historic nature of the building. The...

There are probably cheaper places in the old city but not ones this charming and clean that have as great staffs. Front desk staff spoke perfect English which we definitely needed. The pool in the courtyard and roof patio make for some amazing relaxation when you aren't at the beach or exploring Cartagena.

I am so glad I listened to the reviews about this place! I was travelling solo and wanted somewhere that was safe and had 24 security, this place exceeded my expectations. First, my room was adorable, a tad aged with a little dirt here or there but overall, very clean and tidy with a great bathroom, air conditioning, and hot...

First of all, amazing staff who couldn't do enough for you! They helped us with booking taxis, transport to subsequent destinations, day trip and gave us lots of useful advice. The hotel itself is full of charm and comfortable enough. If you are looking for lavish, huge and modern room, this isn't for you, but we loved it there. The...

The manager Juliet was very nice. Our room (2) was very noisy. The breakfast was very simple. We were told as we were leaving for the airport that breakfast was not included in the price of our room. We were never given a price of the breakfast or told that we needed to pay for the breakfast. Save some money...

Hotel Casa Gloria was the best place to explore Cartagena. The staff is extremely helpful and was able to give us great recommendations, make reservations for us, and teach us about the Colombian culture. The hotel is truly a boutique, family owned spot - so they truly care about your experience. The pool is refreshing and we enjoyed a few...
