I spent 3 nights at Hotel Casa del Arzobispado this week and it was truly one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed at. The charm of this old world villa has been amazingly preserved with appropriate modern updates. The staff was incredible and so very helpful. They were always ready to help. The rooms were outstanding - lots...

A boutique hotel of 9 rooms set around a pool. Rooms are lovely, large bathroom, great bed and quiet. Breakfast is served in a dining area upstairs. Well located but as you enter from the street you feel you are escaping into a haven. Pool is a great place to relax in the afternoon heat of Cartagena. Stay are friendly,...

Arrived at this hotel late at night and was completely taken by everything that this hotel is. It used to be someone's palace in the 1600's, the owners tried to keep it as true to how it might have looked like back then as possible. There's a pool in the center, the rooms upstairs overlook the pool area, there's a...

We walked in to this hotel and fell in love. After a poor AirBnB experience, we cancelled and stayed at this hotel. It was a great decision. The staff was attentive, always helpful and so friendly. We spent much of the day laying by the pool and sipping mojitos. It is a wonderful quiet retreat. I would stay here again...

This hotel is beautiful and cozy photographs won´t do it justice ... and the location is fantastic. But with what they charge for a night costumers will be expecting perfection in the service provided and they do not deliver in this regard. Need to tweak a few things to get top ratings and to justify the overcharge. For example: The...

The hotel is hands down the most beautiful colonial piece of property I have ever stayed at! The tile, the pool, the furniture - everything is beautiful and blends in well with the colonial vibe of Cartagena. The rooms are beautifully designed and they add nice little things to make you feel like a royalty (their shampoo line is an...

It is a hotel that charges a five stars hotel prices. It is a very elegant place and excellent location, but you can also have the same thing closed by, but much cheaper. The bed wasn't comfortable; the shower very poor, the lack of water was the major problem and the breakfast without many options.
